Logan Clarke served me proper, he got me a left handed hammer a pair of sky hooks and a long weight. I got them all in the end… Definitely recommended, would go again.

I went here to get something to make my windows waterproof. The assistant went all around the store with me making suggestions and getting technical information for me. He was also very knowledgeable about most of the products. Would highly recommend them.

Since the change of ownership, the great range of products is even better. Thankfully, the same friendly, helpful and knowledgable staff hasn’t changed. Excellent and highly recommended!

This is the fourth time that I have used Huws Gray in Leebotwood and I will never use any other Builders’ Merchant Company again. Their customer service is way above and beyond what one would expect. From the initial phone call (where I was called Madam) to the cheery delivery drivers, the service is excellent. Today when I bought the items that I needed urgently, I was told that their delivery drivers were full for today and tomorrow, but they would try their best to get the wood delivered by our deadline of Saturday. Then, I had the delivery (today, Thursday). Very happy Bunny. Thank you H.G.
