Great store easy to navigate .opticians & argos instore as well

Started using the smart shop app on my phone. Once you get into scanning the item barcodes and loading your bill on the ss machines its much quicker. And cheaper with special Nectar offers.

Easy access and good service

Everything I ordered arrived at the designated slot time. Delivery man was very polite. Would use this service more often if it was easier to get a slot as they get filled up so fast. They should employ more staff to cope with demand.

I just want to praise the man who collects the trolleys, I believe his name is Leo (?). He is always cheerful, polite and helpful. He never stops working, collecting trolleys from the carpark whatever the weather throws at him. I would give him employee of the week every week and I hope that the management know what a great asset he is.

One of the leading shopping centre in the UK and we always love to be there for our daily- monthly shopping. Outstanding online shopping services specially on their TU clothing. Quality is good and value for money. Fantastic and like it.

We went to visit argos but it was only collection. So we did a quick grocery shop in sainsbury. The shop was good.

We weren't after anything in particular but we went out with a watermelon since it looked amazing. I also love their stir fry salad. Will be cooking that today. Yum!

As always good great Staff and Docters offering a 1st class service. Parking has to be paid for. It's expensive. Try and to use public transport if possible buses come inside the Hospital compound.

Great place to visit. Huge parking space. You can find great collection of clothes , electronics and grocery. It also have ARGOS. The staff is friendly. Overall it was nice experience to visit this store.

No queuing this morning. The shop was empty. The shelves are well stocked. Staff very frindly extremely helpful. I do enjoy the smart shop never thought I would and I must thank a lady called Trusha from Sainsbury's .She explained and snowed me what to do.Thank you.

Good customer service. You will find all stocked. Hot readymade pizza available until 7 pm. Ample parking space upto 3 hrs

It’s a wonderful Sainsbury’s to go to I have been going there since I was a little kid and it’s simply the best Sainsbury’s out of all Sainsbury’s that I have been to it’s got an Argos opticians a cafe so practically everything you need under 1 big roof the staff there are friendly and nice and on that note I wish they continue to be nice and friendly for years to come

Free internet in-store. Scan and buy facility. Plenty of free parking for all including disabled and child friendly parking. Argos situated in-store. Generally store staff at this branch are very helpful a pleasure to shop here.

Of all the supermarkets we tend to use Sainsbury’s the most. Great choice and good quality.
We always have breakfast in the in store cafe before we shop.
No complaints at all about this supermarket.

I love going late , get a zappa, pack, as I shop . So I don't touch . Plenty of sanitation, . So I'm happy. Hopefully same for all of you. Merry crimbo.

There is a large car park where you can park for 3 hours (I believe). This Sainsbury's has a Lloyds Pharmacy, a cafe and an Argos. There is also a decent range of clothing and home products. Staff are friendly too.

We go to sainsburys ever day very good but your restaurant is not very good twice we've been into Sainsbury's this week but we had to wait 25 minutes to 40 minutes for a meal and then when we got the mill it had to go back because it was cold so I'm not very happy with your restaurant where we are both me and my partner are diabetics with taking insulin and then we've had to wait such a long time for a meal

Our local Sainsbury’s. The staff have always been very friendly and helpful. The store is kept clean and to a high standard. Plenty of car spaces

A very good service apart from when staff pick out fruit and veg. Very poor quality most of the time. ie. Lettuce with brown leaves. Carrots that are brown in places. Apples bruised .

Well organised in these difficult times. Well stocked. Checkouts staffed and queues spaced out. Big Big thank you to the all staff who braved the obvious risks serving their customers.
