I buy from there everyday and it’s the most friendliest place you can shop from.Always has a smile on their face.I also ordered packages to the shop and I received them in perfect condition!

Absolutely appalling and disgusting service. The owner has an issue with women and treats them like they do not matter. My daughters arrived here to drop off a UPS parcel and were told that there is no more room to accept the parcels, but there was room. He went on to be extremely rude to them.

Had so much trouble collecting my UPS parcel from them, took three separate trips to the store until they found where they left it. They have the worst system and rude customer service. They even had a go at my mother for not being at home for the parcel (she's a key worker), how disgusting! They have no idea what they are doing, avoid at all costs!

An awful place with no customer service skills, rudeness and blatant liars when dropping off parcels - and that’s the Management ! More than their jobs worth to serve customers who keep them in business! Avoid this place as there’s plenty of outlets with great customer experience!

The worst customer service provided. My UPS parcel was sent to the shop for collection. Upon arrival, I was told they don’t have the parcel, however, I received a call later on the day being told they have found it. I went the next day and was once again told that they have gave my parcel to the driver for a redelivery??? LOL this shop is a joke. Very impolite and unprofessional. A very bad representation of UPS.
