What a great store to pop in and have a browse! Books for all ages, games, puzzles. Really friendly knowledgeable staff. Books a fraction of the price you'll pay in a regular bookshop and cover any topic you can imagine.

The shelves are always fully stocked. Always enough staff to serve you. I like their selection of books that are probably the cheapest prices you can get when you compare to other shops, offering online prices. They also have puzzles, arts and crafts and gifts.

Firstly, the staff!!!! Really helpful, friendly, and kind. My son has autism and the staff are very good with him.
He can sometimes be in the shop a long time and they are always very nice to us.
Cant wait for them to re open
Good selection of goods and something for everyone

I bought some helium balloons for my son’s 16th birthday and was served by Sandra. She was so helpful and kind while helping me choose the balloons. I called Sandra a day before pick-up informing her my husband got covid so we had to delay the party for a week. She was so understanding and was happy to hold on to them. When I called a week later to arrange pick up, Sandra informed she would not be working but her manager Amy would have the balloons ready. I arrived to pick them up but there was no parking, I called Amy and she offered to drop the balloons to me while I was in my car. From the time I bought these balloons to pick up, I was overwhelmed with amazing customer service I received both Sandra and Amy. To top it up, I felt one of the balloons looked a little deflated, when I called Sandra the next day, she did not hesitate to offer a new one or to refill the balloon free of charge. Unfortunately I couldn’t return to the store to do this but I cannot believe that both the ladies went over and beyond to assist me. Fantastic customer service, all branches should have staff like Sandra and Amy. Thank you so much ladies xxxx

Actually love this place it’s pretty cheep and the books r wayyy cheaper. The art supplies are not the best but are whats expected for the price. Some of the stuff is well better than the price tho

I really like the works. It has a wide range of products that can be given as gifts for children, but also sells craft supplies - so good for topping up on double sided tape and card (essentials if you do card making!!!). So happy to see this store finally open in Chingford. I used to have to go to the Walthamstow or Ilford branch but now it is right on my doorstep!

Has lots of toys books craft items and lots more can always find what you want here warm and friendly staff

Good shop...for hobbycraft..good books specially for kids...toys...activity..very big assortment and you can find here and gifts...Good luck for shopping!
