Co-op Food - Blackfen

The Co-op Food - Blackfen is one of my local shops and often I find most food products here. Some surprises found here too displayed on their shelves in variations compared to their rival food markets operators. My wife and I have been shopping here for 36 years and have always found something good to buy at this branch, plus a short journey from home convenient for essential quick buys. Overall, the food products are good but seem to lack choice variation in scale compared with the other larger top four food chain supermarkets. Excellent parking (free for the first hour at least of displayed ticket!) and very often a space found; a clean shop with spacious walkways (suitable access for disabled). Most visits experienced depending on time of day and year gauge mostly moderately busy to relaxed. Weekday mornings I find pleasant and best to visit for a shop whatever your demand and list. I will always return especially for a small shop load.......like to see more bargain price offers though! Keep up the good custom Co-op Food.👏 Chris. Visited Co-op Blackfen on 9th November '22. A great place to shop and nice staff plus you don't rip your customers off with parking charges like Sainsbury's in Eltham.👍

Good local store with plenty of quick self-service tills.

Friendly staff; a wide range of good, fresh produce; I've never seen it crowded; plenty of parking. Just remember that if you want the points to go on your Membership card you need to use the staffed checkouts, not the automated tills.

Co-op store with a great range of products available that suit all kinds of tastes. Always clean and tidy with a staff team ready to work for you providing the best quality service.
Very well supplied with daily products that needs on every family table.

Very good operating hours & big car park. I tend to shop for small bits & look for offers as Co-op can be quite expensive

Very good measures in place to protect customers. I feel the number of people they allow into the store at once is very good. I felt no threat and I am a nervous coronavirus scared customer. Thank you co-op for a good job

I do like a COOP but this particular store has just had a make over long overdue in my opinion. Sadly though they have introduced the dreaded private car park company to monitor the parking and anyone who may contravene can expect a ticket of £60-£100 landing on there doormat I for one wont be shopping here again until its back to how it was.

Definitely a lot better after it's fairly recent renovations. Seems a better flow to the store than before. They have have moved the lottery desk to where the self service checkouts too.

Good range range of produce, but the 5 star rating is for the Slush Puppy machine they have 👍😃🥳

One review says this is a nice beach. I went and there is no beach here. It is a Supermarket in Blackfen. Not a beach. Very disappointed. But I did get an ice cream, so not all was lost.

As co-op shopping goes, its one of the best. Spacious, corona door signals, well stocked and at the time of my visit c13:30 Not too busy

Always good. Food is excellent. Not the cheapest supermarket but quality is worth paying a tiny bit extra for. Staff are pleasant and helpful.

Decent sized coop. Clean and open. Good food some with great prices some a bit more expensive but the coop 10% back on coop own brand products soon ads up

Great little store helpful staff even 10 mins before closing, still had a smile and a good sense of humour. 10/10 well done

Easy parking, always have what I need. Lots of shop floor space. Shelves always well stocked.
