The staff member on the Travel Money Exchange counter is incredibly helpful, with all sorts of travel money tips. Quite grateful to some of his tips including how and which denominations of cash that customers are able to return. Also he was just a friendly chap. Respect

Very very convenient supermarket. Massive carpark .including hand car wash. Recycling center, click and collect for online orders. Face masks are mandatory. They have sanitisation stations all across the store . All the usual tesco items plus , a barber shop , chemist, fishmongers, butcher,deli, opticians, printer/photocopy services,and a mobile phone shop.

Really big store with a huge carpark, they also have bulk buy sections and regularly have special offers and these are also in an Isle of their own so this helps, if you want a coffee just go a couple of ships down to Starbucks or on the other side their is Costa.

Variety, Good quality and reasonable price. The only problem is that the Shopping basket should not be free so that does not cause too much traffic inside the shop. 🛒

No long queues at tills. Big store, good car park, well stocked. Helpful staf.

Massive store with loads of parking. Excellent Harris & Hoole coffee shop. Onsite hand car wash which is brilliant! Staff are friendly and helpful.

The supermarket is huge, you can buy everything you need.

Very busy, but usually easy enough to do a small shop.

Visited the Brookfield store today and had a issue purchasing the full range of the Dine In Menu, however I was assisted by Christopher who was superb at quickly resolving this. He was polite, efficient and ensured I was able to leave store with exactly what I wanted. Thank you Christopher this was an excellent example of very good customer service.

Love this tesco, has everything you need most of the time. Huge clothing section to browse, homeware section and small gaming section. They have a mobile shop, barber, opticians, cafe and there usual butcher, baker, deli and fishmonger Gets very busy as does the car park. My only reservation would be that ques for tills can take longer than your shop so give yourself some added time to pay.

Clean supermarket has clothes and food too. Didn't realise they have the travel money too. Really nice staff bit busy but good store

I just love this store it's so welcoming bright and cheerful and you can just about get anything there. Always lots of cashiers on so I have never seen long queues and there is a good selection of clothing and footwear. I go there regularly and think it's just great 😊👍🏽

Just wanted to say a thanks to one of members of staff. Just spoken to my elderly mother who described her visit to Tesco's where everything was empty. She spoke to a shelf stacker (described him as a very distinguished Asian gentleman) who apparently helped her find her shopping, and realising she had no potatoes went and got some he was hoping to have for dinner. She really appreciated his kindness and approach.

Good and airy for a supermarket.

Best go early as store is empty. But get annoyed with the home delivery pickers taking up the iles

I am Disabled and can not walk unaided, during the start of the the C19 the Staff at Brookfield Farm Tesco was fantastic, so much that I called Tesco Head Office, and told them so, unfortunately I wish I could say the same about the Gentleman I spoke to and said how helpful everyone was, he seemed not to give a S**T and all he said was ok, then blank, I asked if he was still there and he just said yes, didn't get his name, but I could tell that he didn't care one little bit, so this is for the Tesco Lady that without her help I would not have been able to get all my shopping, (Thank you, SMITHY) as yet is as she is known, she even took all my shopping to my car and placed it inside, I spent over £250 that day, as I just that day moved into a Disabled Property so I needed loads of Goods from kettle to toaster. It upset me so much regarding the Gentleman at Head Office, I even called back about a week or so after and spoke to different person about him. To me he was just a B*M on a Sit. Once again, a BIG THANKS to all the Staff at Brookfield, and a BIGGER THANKS to SMITHY. Regards Paul Jackson X

The guy who directed the cars at the petrol station around 7pm tonight was excellent in directing and co-ordanating the customers to the right pumps. Deserved a medal.

One of the best Tesco's stores simple because of its vast variety. It has absolutely everything and despite it being enormous in size, things are relatively easy to find with ample parking also!
