Laleston Post Office and Store

We use this Post Office a lot for our business parcels and would highly recommend. Hassle-free and efficient. Staff are always pleasant and helpful. In fact, we had a rare problem sending a parcel oversees and they went above and beyond to try to resolve the issue.

I only really use the post office and the service is fast, efficient and pretty much impeccable. There is no point going anywhere else as it is also clean, fast and convenient.

Every member of staff had been lovely and professional and nowhere else within a five mile radius or more is as good in my opinion.

Also the ability to bank cash till about 8pm is superb. So much easier than driving to a cash point in town.

Only commenting on the Post Office aspect - but they always well staffed so that shop customers can be served alongside Post Office customers, though one of the reasons I like it so much is because it’s rarely busy. The staff are friendly and helpful and the postal supplies aren’t a rip off. It’s my go to post office 😁
