Went in to buy some foundation today. Tracy was so helpful, matched my colour perfectly, without the aid of computer! She was so friendly and helpful, told me I qualified for free gift as well. Made my day! Thank you Tracy. 😃👍

Store layout was easy to walk around, could find what I was looking for, staff helpful especially at new self-service checkout

Fantastic flu jab service. I booked on line at 12:00 for a 16:30 appointment. I arrived a little early and the pharmacist, who was friendly and professional, saw me straight away. As an added bonus it turned out I could have the flu jab on the NHS even though I'm only 49 (I was expecting to pay) as my birthday is before 31 March 2023. Neither my doctor's surgery or my local chemist told me that. Would definitely use them again.

I advise anyone picking his order from the store to check it before he leaves the store .I had a different aftershave from the one I ordered I can only think is a mistake at the wearhouse I had the refund and hopefully tomorrow I get the wright one .been buying my aftershave from boots for the last 25 years always happy with the quality and service

I went to Boots Spytty retail park to query my prescription, the pharmacist was very polite and helpful, solving my problem there and then. The shop itself is very spacious and sell everything you need for health and beauty. Great shopping experience

I want to say a huge thank you to the lady in boots (spytty) that helped me on 24/5 (I believe her name was Tracey). I haven’t worn makeup for a very long time and didn’t know what on earth I was looking for but this lady took one look at me and knew exactly what I needed. She gave me a sample and it’s a perfect match. Will definitely be going back to purchase. So helpful and very knowledgeable. Great experience 👍🏼

What an absolutely fantastic job Boots are undertaking with the Flu Vaccine at this store. Second time used by my wife and I as the service, friendliness, professionalism and parking is a million times better than our Doctors surgery. I just wish that they did the Covid and Pneumonia vaccines as well.

My fav boots and go to. Staff are friendly and helpful. It's light and airy with wide Isles. So if your like me and don't like that feeling of lots of people getting in your way it's a relief. Product sections clearly posted so even my scattey head can go straight to what I need. And the distractions that usually find their way into my basket to.

Had everything I needed, including a helpful member of staff (sorry, didn't get her name but she was next to the cough syrup around 2pm!). Short queue, free parking outside.

Boots is amazing because the staff are friendly and they will give you a hand if you can't find the product that you are looking for and the atmosphere is great and they have the items that you may want to buy such as medicines, tablets and makeup

I went into Boots (Spytty retail park) I approached a young lady to ask her where I could find certain products. She was so very helpful, knowledgeable and had lots of advice about certain products. It is rare to find such wonderful customer service these days so I just wanted to point out that Emma on the Benefits section is brilliant. Thank you for all of your help and kindness Emma x

I love this boots its a large shop the staff are amazing and so helpful but its not just the shop it has so many parking places if you wanted to park and shop in boots its hardly worth moving the car so many shops and retraunts nearby you also got tesco extra with a good sized fuel station within a short walk the pharmacy does have some seating if your waiting a prescription there are also seats outside not far from the shop so its realy good worth a visit for sure as there is so many shops restraunts and leisure all set out in a park type environment with plenty of free parking

If this is the newpory retail park one ten out of ten. Wow what a great choice from full shelves and helpful staff. If it was anywhere else I have to say come on Boots get a grip
