Lovely shop, tiny. Well stocked with useful items, also serves as parcel pick up point. We find it very useful. Lovely members of staff.

Open long hours and well stocked

Having recently moved to the area and being elderly, found this shop extremely useful for the odd item or two. Cramped it is but I have always found not only staff, but customers too, extremely helpful and friendly.

i like this little shop and the guy used to work in there had a laugh and let me off 1.49 when short how kind.

I paid £10 for my gas top up and the man didn’t credit my card. After speaking with British Gas I was advised to go back to the shop and tell him, he’s not refusing to credit it, he all of a sudden doesn’t understand or remember me coming into the shop. I have shown him evidence that the money has come out of my account, and I asked him to show me the receipt as I have the exact time the transaction was made, he’s refusing to help me making me feel like I’m a liar. I don’t know who else to complain to regarding this situation, his pay point machine was right in front of him, and he was refusing to check it.

The shop is called the Premier express on Bellevue Road in Ramsgate Kent. The transaction was made at 12:01am i’m requesting evidence that he topped up my card. He should not be using PayPoint facilities if he doesn’t know how to use them properly!

Also check all his stock for dates as he sells gone off products, and his freezers are under the legal temperature to store food.

Very bad shop! Very greedy and unfriendly. Bag of ice was £1 yesterday. Today £1.89 ! Just because it's hot and people now want to buy ice! How about helping the community rather than kicking them when things are tough!. I would avoid until they lower the prices back.(update) (2023)Now shop isn't even open at stated times!. This has happened on more than one occasion now.

Lived on Bellevue for years. One of the cashiers was nice but its so tiny. Awkward when there is more than 2 people in the shop. Deffo a 1 way system. If your bigger than a women's UK size 16 don't bother lol.
I dislike this place as the doorway and pavement and very close and narrow. I was 8 months pregnant and stepped out, a car was overtaking along the pavement and I (and my belly) nearly got taken out. Was incredibly scary. Same thing if you have children they step out and I don't think drivers even know there is a hazard as he entrance is hidden 🤔.

One of the worker is really really rude which is not acceptable at all. He was saying my mom to get out of the shop because she just asked a question about a product. THIS GUY SHOULD GET A PROPER LESSON 😡😡😡
We go to this shop for 3 years, this is a good shop. But this worker is making me doing this. HE SHOULD GET SACKED OR SHOULD GET A PROPER LESSON.

Not only is the service man at the till always trying to get me to buy more then what I want he has the audacity to tell me that I haven’t payed for an item or 2 just for then me to check my bank and clearly have paid for it

Tiny little shop. 3 customers and it is full. Staff don't care and will try and palm you off with anything to make a sale. Over priced goods. Many out of date.

I've been coming to your shop for 3 years I spent 50 to £60 a week I've just gone in there how to get a pint of milk and I was 50 piece short and the guy who thinks he's God said no but I've been in there when he's allowed six cans of lager so an alcoholic who causes trouble in the town centre you need to sort out your staff who believe the shop belongs to them I am fuming knowing that we're all going through this difficult time

I did have a good experience of the shop but its own owner responded with how terrible the shop is. Do not go here.

One of the staff in there is so rude,I just refuse to go in there anymore.Shame,because it's local and convenient.The management should send this particular disgusting little man on a public relations course or just sack him!!
