Amazing hospitality, the owner is amazing

It happened now few times that I came to the shop around 7pm and although it says on Google that they are open until 10pm, it was closed with shutters down. At first I thought maybe some emergency but it's now happened way too often! The service is always pleasant so it's a shame to let customers down like that!

have been trying to pick up a parcel, I came last night and this morning - both times you were closed when according to google you should be open? please amend the opening times on google. no one answers the phone either.
