I had a problem with the hard drive on my company laptop which meant that I couldn't work as planned on a long train journey. Whilst I had some spare time between connections, I had a look in the local area and found Gadcet in a nearby shopping centre. A very friendly and efficient gentleman from Romania quickly sorted the problem out and charged a nominal fee for doing so. I couldn't have asked for better service and would recommend them to anyone in the Srratford area looking for help with laptops or mobile phones.

Woke up one day with my PC refusing to boot. Daniel was amazing and instantly knew what the issue was after I described the error messages that were popping up on my PC. Left my PC there for a couple hours and he sorted out all the issues on the day itself.

Reasonable prices, quick service and knowledgeable technician. This'll definitely be my go to place if I ever need something repaired.

Wonderful experience. I was communicated even before the time they gave me to tell me what was wrong with my laptop.And then, when it was ready. The attention I was given on getting there was topnotch. The guy on reception guided me way beyond their scope in recovering my documents after installing a new window in my laptop.i was happy to have gone there. I had even gone to another shop prior to them and was told that my docs are not recoverable. Thanks Gadcet and keep up the good work.!

I had a problem with my laptop and yesterday I visited the store / service for the first time. I am fascinated, a very good team of professionals, polite, attentive, patient /because I do not understand and do not speak English well/. They took the laptop right away to fix it and they were very quick to fix my laptop. I strongly recommend. Personally, in the future, if necessary, I will use this service again when I need to repair a laptop, phone or other equipment.
