I had to return a faulty phone I had bought and the process was hassle free. One of the staff named Naresh was quite helpful. He helped back up my data on the faulty phone on Google drive before resetting it. Really nice and patient guy

Brought back a pushchair purchased a couple of months previously, as we had a problem assembling it and we assumed it was faulty. As soon as I got to Argos I was seen straight away and the member of staff (I think his name was Mark) was extremely helpful and sorted it out for me, showing me how to put it together. Great service.

I needed help to carry a desk and chair to my car. The young man at the till, his supervisor and the two young men who carried the furniture to my car all gave me an excellent, smiling service.
They were a credit to all concerned!
