Posted an Evri return package like 3 days back ! Was in and out in less than 4-5 minutes. Quick and hassle free.

I get where the previous reviews are coming from, but I can confirm they have gotten their label printing machine fixed i guess their operations wrt evri are back to normal.

Never had any issues shopping here for the past 4 years, friendly staff every time i come.👍

Always friendly staff and usually have what you need to plug the gap of that missing ingredient. Wine is well priced and being an Evri drop-off is so convenient.

When there to send back a Evri parcel but they can’t print the label as the machine it’s been broken for 3 months and he didn’t have idea if it was going to be fixed, such a waste of time! I wish at least that they could update the website.

Never opens at 7 in the weekend as it it supposed to and it says on the web. Opens at EIGHT! Unreliable!

Rude, disgruntled, miserable and entirely disinterested in your business. Never been so insulted by a local shop.

The Evri-drop point is a joke as the printer 'never works' - so best find an alternative drop.

Really bad experience got there.At store the man and woman on the counter shopkeepers ,workers.
Disturbed me ,they was so aggressive shouted on me, why I'm shopping there every day .Charged me extra.Many time try to give me wrong change. Discriminated me because I European. I'm regular customer visited shop 10+ years.They changed staff few month a go.Not to recommended at all till change there mode...Very rude.Bad Presentation ,bad customer service

I wish I had read the reviews before making the trip to this shop. There is no option to drop Evri parcels here, seems to be a scam to get people into the shop as there are no other parcel drop off shops nearby. From other reviews, and the state of the inside, I’m not even sure this is actually part of the Londis group.

The bad reviews are accurate. Rude and uninterested attitude, especially the lady working there.

What a lazy way to run a parcel shop. The owner? admittedly was busy serving, but all the parcels were in various nondescript piles on the floor. I was told to search the piles to see if I could find my parcel that was tracked to the store. I couldn't and was told it wasn't there. I'd received an email three days previous telling me to call in the shop with photo id as it had been delivered. Needless to say, I'm still without my goods and will be looking for a refund. Avoid this "Evri parcel collection point".

Wasted journey, they told me printer was being fixed so went back, still not working. No apology, non existant customer service, don't bother, the retail park is nearby, go there.

The parcel scanning machine is for ever broken. Evri should stop using them and should read the reviews here.

The owner is always trying to sell me something extra that I don't want, and they always overcharge by £1-2. Scummy little shop.

Worst corner shop. Apart from the lady the staff are all really rude
They stand doing paperwork behind the counter and don't even acknowledge that there's a queue. If you want to wait 15 minutes to pay for one snack and be spoken to extremely rudely then this is the shop for you!

Never found a point in reviewing a Londis store, but this store owner is a very very rude. Would not come back for any Evri returns or purchases to avoid being treated badly

Just avoid this place. Convenient stores are known to be bad but this one just hits a new low. Overpriced but also they sell out of date products!
