Toolstation Swansea Enterprise Park

The staff here were amazing this morning. Quick service, very friendly staff and even helped me to the car with my item.

As someone who is disabled I was very worried about putting a heavy item into my car on my own (delivery was unavailable) they eased my concerns within seconds of entering the shop.

Really impressed, never bought from here before but I'll definitely be back again.

Brilliant service and great staff! Thanks to Gavin and Jamie for sorting out a minor issue with a refund which they dealt with very quickly and efficiently. They were also extremely helpful and knowledgeable recommending other products I enquired about. Good offers and promotions in store which they highlighted. First visit to this branch and will he using again now I know where it is.

Popped in to pick up some bits and pieces for a long planned DIY project at home. I had a few questions/queries and was helped out by one of your staff named Gavin Morgan, who really couldn't help me enough. He was the only staff member I dealt with, but can only hope that the other staff are only half as helpful, polite, patient and respectful as Gavin was today. He really is a credit to the Company. Went in to toolstation to day to purchase a few items and return some items purchased during lockdown.
I was served by a young man called Lee who genuinely couldn't do enough to help. He was very courteous polite and went that extra mile.

Always great service at this branch and Toolstation always tend to have better stock levels than others. Jon & Brent were great today, nothing to much trouble for them both and even helped bring my materials to the van as there was so much.

Great to call in and "Click and Collect" my order, saw some other items I needed whilst there and was expertly and professionally helped by Lee.
Will definitely use this store as they are so easy to get to and work well in the present difficult COVID climate.

Called in again on Friday 12 March, late in the day and close to closing time but was met by Rhydian and Jon who could not have been better at ensuring I was served really efficiently and quickly!

Today I was greeted with a very helpful and cheerful Lee Watkins. He took the time to enquire about my well-being while my goods were being collected. Good service every time.

Over the past 4 weeks I have attended Toolstation at Swansea Enterprise Park due to "issues"around the hosue. Due to the currrent (and increasing) pandemc, I had to use their click and collect serivce (which I am not a fan of internet orders and payments). However, on every occasion I have received an email and text confirming my order is ready within s vew mins. When I ahve ordered incorrectly, there have been no issues with refunds ( more recently, now being allowed in store), with buying alternative items. All staff have been fantastict. While I do not have the names of all those who ahve helped me, these are a few, Jon, Brandon, Gavin Morgan (whom I have dealt lot with) all deserve praise.

Called in to pick up a click and collect order of sandtex paint 10 lts x 5 tubs, order was ready and waiting and as ordered. Carried one tub to car and one of the boys brought out the rest, very helpful, I'm in my 60's so thanks! Great service.

Great service at the collection point once I received my text message to say my order was ready for collection. The staff were friendly, and on arrival gave clear instructions of where to wait and queue. The site was well laid out for social distancing. My order was ready and waiting.

Did click and collect and was served by Rhydian. Great service and he got my little boy involved. Was a heavy order so the items were brought to my car and he helped load it.

Have used this depot a few times for various items over the lockdown period and have to say the service, parts and prices have been excellent. Would like to mention in particular Lee Watkins who's has shown what good, old fashioned customer service is all about

First class service I must say. Very helpful and you sense a genuine desire to help the customer. Highly recommend and would certainly use again in the future. Particular mention for rhydian who was a pleasure to deal with, cheers lads!!!!
