Best place to work for with friendly staff, weekly pay, lots of cages of stock to put out for shelves filling and excellent customer service.

Great quality food! Customer service is not what it used to be. Can get really busy, so parking and long queues can be a problem

The store is amazing clean and tidy. Staff is very helpful and friendly they have a cafe inside which makes incredible coffee.

Today, I had an issue where yesterday I bought the wrong tin of biscuits. I got tea instead, so today I took them back to see if I could swap them.
I spoke to the manager (Tom) about doing this, which he allowed me to do with no hassle or a problem.
I found him to be very professional and friendly

A tad expensive but beautiful and tasty food. Love their bakery my Saturday treat once a month!
Busy and car park full at weekends. Look out for the yellow stickers on their reduced items. Good service and good selection.

Flavour better than aldi&lidil are m&s getting greedy selling their rotisserie chickens poorer quality half the weight stopped naming farm supplier same price this was a weekly buy for me, but I don't like being cheated with inferior food when marks is supposed to be about quality my advice don't waste your money on their rotisserie chickens.

Great food and service

This is an M&S food hall, though you can get gift cards here too. One thing I hate is even early you have ill mannered pensioners creating havoc as they review every chicken on display before opting for the first one they manhandled. In doing so, they prevent access to any display as they shop defensively, using their trollies to prevent anyone else getting close to the area they are occupying. As someone a couple of years off pensionable age, this isn't an agist rant. Manners are manners at any age.o

I went to collect my Christmas order 22.12.18 due to unforseen circumstance the staff at M&S had a problem with the delivery of the Christmas orders.... however the whole staff went above and beyond to help every customer ...this M&S is a credit to the Marks and Spencer name... two staff impartially helped me... Karen on tills your patience is highly appreciated... And Natalie your perseverance is outstanding, for me alone you must have walked twenty miles back and forth to complete my order...... Thankyou to all staff and a massive huge heartfelt thankyou to Karen and Natalie...

Good selection of products. Very clean. Staff are polite and helpful. A small area for you to grab a coffee ect. Plenty of free parking on site.

Excellent choice of ready meals lots of fresh fruit and vegetables too. An impressive array of gifts for Mothers Day..... we lived the orchids!!

Great selection of quality products. Good processes in place for hygiene cleaning baskets, 2 metre marks, good queuing system to limit the number of people in the store.

Posh looking and creative food choices. We go here for our Xmas collection of food. Slightly more pricey than regular supermarkets but you get what you pay for and here the quality is great 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽💯

I have used this store to collect online orders. Always quick, efficient and staff friendly. Plenty of parking as it is situated on Gallagher Retail Park (jct 9 M6). Cafe and toilets situated in store.

Very nice M & S Food Hall with the usual high standard of food,plus a cafe.Had the new Country Vegetable soup with two rolls and butter which was most enjoyable.Will be visiting again when in the area.
