O2 Shop Swansea - Oxford Street

Superb service today. Didn’t catch their names but the two people who helped a technophobe upgrade his phone were lovely and very patient. Very impressed.

To be fair, I have had nothing but trouble with o2 recently and went in to the shop fully intending to quit o2 for a competitor. I had already spoken to a member of staff at the mcarthur Glen store who wasn't helpful, and have done a webchat which also didn't sort the problem. Habib was amazing and spoke to o2 customer service for me, and performed a sim reset. He checked all was well before we left the store. Thanks Habib!

I would like to praise the staff member for sorting out some phone issues with transferring my contacts over to my new 02 sim, he was so knowledgeable helpful and fixed a few other technical issues as well.

Brilliant service. Went to another o2 store for data transfer but they would not do it as they said I needed a Guru. Walked in to Swansea Oxford Street and it was done straight away by a Sales Advisor. No Guru needed. Just wish that all the other shops were as helpful. Excellent service

After being told no by a girl karl came over and sorted it all out. Your kindness needs to be appreciated you made me feel safe and happy in the united kingdom myself and my family thank you.
