Popped into screwfix brackmills in my way home to buy a tin of primer. Went to order the item but unfortunately it was out of stock but fortunately they’d just had a delivery.
Paul who served me was able to find the item I required from the numerous delivery crates pretty quickly, updated their stock levels on the system and I was on my way home within a few minutes.
Really helpful staff who go that extra mile to help you out. One happy customer, A++

Needed a part for our toilet cistern checked every where I could and found the part I needed in stock and a tenner cheaper than amazon !! Courteous staff and an easy online transaction,

Great service today. Had no idea what the masked chap was saying behind the perspex shield as I'm deaf and not a regular customer to know the drill. I told him this and he promptly dropped his mask so that I could lip read 👍 well done this made my dreaded experience today so much better. Thankyou it was a massive help, if only all stores would be so accomodating 👏

I came here to buy some shelf brackets after checking them out online on their website. As soon as I walked through the door the staff welcomed me in. I ordered my item and whilst this was processed the guy kept me informed of what he was doing, before leaving he said that if I wasn't happy with the item then I can being this back.
I would always recommend Screwfix for their excellent customer service and stock availability.

I ordered a plumbing product online yesterday and picked it up today. Little queueing and floor markers to help distancing. Nothing much to fault with the entire process.
Product worked a treat for £10. Saved myself a plumbers fee. Result

It's hard to say how great a store can be based on my visit. Basically I have bought online and picked up the items in store. Service was great, next to no queue and I was on my way. I'd go again

Always efficient, and friendly, sometimes slightly more expensive than other supply stores but their customer service is so good that it doesn't matter. Screwfix has the best click and collect service out there and coupled with the helpful staff at Brackmills I'd highly recommend them.
