I was looking through the catalog on the tablet and was there quite a while reading reviews for boots. One of the store colleagues came over and asked if I needed any help and was able to look at what was in stock with the specific type of boots I needed! Awesome. Saved me a fair bit of time I reckon. And also spent about £50 less than I actually needed to! So saved me money too!

Took old item in to shop they checked out what they had and found perfect match, the man serving me was very helpful and polite could not ask for a better service.

Great prices and friendly helpful service. Be aware if you select click and collect after 8pm on a Saturday your items will be sent from distribution centre ( even if it’s available in store) for Monday afternoon. If you need it for a Sunday go to the store and order over the counter.

Great service. The lady on the till explained about booking in on the tablet to speed up my collection. Also advised about the app allowing you to auto book in and that you can take advantage of additional offers. Lovely girl nd a credit to Screwfix.

Fast service here. If you come here a lot then order online first and take your code to the machine at the back. No queuing up to order then queue to wait - you order comes out fast. Prices are very competitive here and you may find something that nobody else sells. I renovated my house and bought a lot of stuff from here.

Click and collect excellent. Used several times without issue. Staff always pleasant and helpful, have previously processed exchange / refund without any issue. Competitively priced and well stocked.

Have to say every time visiting this place have been dealt with with efficiency and promptness, staff very friendly and if ordering online and paying in advance the method of collecting your order is even faster. No quibbles on returns if products are faulty or wrongly ordered as long as they are in original packaging.

Lovely staff, really helpful. I wanted to buy a drill that was not to heavy, as I am a very small lady. The gentleman that served me was so helpful and understanding. Will definitely buy my things from screwfix again. A lot cheaper and more helpful than B&Q or Homebase. Thank you.

You can track what you previously purchased if you give them your postcode and your name if you have forgotten what you need.

You can also do click and collect which speeds up your process as well

Really good food! The food produced from such a small place is impressive! Initially feels expensive but the size of the portions quickly makes up for it.

They've always got what I've needed in stock, very reasonably priced. Good location too, very easy to get to. The staff are friendly and helpful.
