When I first bought a vape (not from Celtic Vapours) I managed to break it due to not emptying the liquid enough! The guys at the shop advised on this issue without sales chat and helped me free of charge... Since then I have bought all my e-liquid and Vape mods from them! Brilliant customer service earned these guys a customer for life!

Best e-liquids in Wales! Been to a few others companies and none compare to Celtic Vapours. The range of flavours, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, and the value for money makes me drive from the other side of Swansea for my liquids. Would definitely recommend.

My first time walking into a fully fledged "Vape shop". I have to say I was completely pleasantly surprised. I was served by a easy to talk to staff member. After a brief no nonsense chat with him, I told him what I was basically after and he set me up with exactly what I was looking for.

Needless to say, I left with my Kangertech KBox Mini kit (albeit in blue but hey) complete with juice and battery.

I'd highly recommend visiting this shop if your looking to get into vaping. I'll definitely be going back when I need more juice or parts.

Great friendly service. I went into buy some eliq and bought a device. 3 month return for issues, can't beat that.

Very good customer service and woukd reccomend the products although the actual vapes are heavily priced in comparison to supermarket products which are just as nice and do not burn the coils so fast.

excellent, fantastic, brilliant, I first visited celtic on enterprise parc Swansea, shortly after they first opened. they had a wide choice of flavours then, Its been great too see celtic grow and expand. now, more choice then everyone. Swansea store been expanded with a larger range of product. I still see a few members of staff there today, who I met at the very start over 2 years ago
recently I went in with a large order,, got home too discover a few goddies had been put in bag. good customer service yes!!! did celtic have too do that NO !+! IT WASENT ABOUT about what was there more a nice gesture, very thoughtfull, keep up good work celtic

Brilliant staff very helpful with any situation I have with my vape

Excellent service !! Obviously the shop is closed because of the lockdown. I phoned yesterday and ordered vape oils over the phone, I received them by first class post this morning, I wasn't even charged postage !!

Best vape shop in Swansea by far knowledgeable staff and excellent e liquid and a big range of flavours,
No hard sell as some have suggested on here.
