Premier Gillingham Tiipan

Since I’ve moved here ive popped in there a few times and they have been ever so nice, my teenager goes in there and they have a laugh with her and she has an escooter and they let her out it in there shop so it doesn’t get taken, so you should go there it’s has everything you may need

When I moved to Gillingham, it was one of the first stores I went to, most of the owners or workers are very nice and do their job correctly. Everything very neat and clean. definitely a reliable place

this shop has served me well for many years, the people in the shop are always lovely to me and my girlfriend and are always up for a laugh! couldn’t rate any higher

nametag woman behind the counter told a customer to stop talking loudly on her phone while waiting in the line. WTAF

The most expensive shop I have been to around here. It's ok though, could do with some price drops.

Received shocking customer service when trying to receive a package. 3 times I was refused, when having the correct forms of I.D and redirection email from Royal Mail on my phone. The package had Becky Sage on it and my I.D says Rebecca as that's my full name. This has never been an issue when collecting packages before, ever. As most people know Becky is short for Rebecca, as Tom is for Thomas. But the man refused to hand it over, despite me having contacted Royal Mail about this and even they were shocked and confused. Had to get it picked up by Royal Mail AGAIN and redelivered to my house (successfully) Apparently this has happened to a lot of customers, refusing to hand over packages for stupid reasons. So NEVER get your mail redirected here.

Rude and arrogant to customers when trying to explain how he spoke to me was rude he just laughed told me to tke my money and leave afyer spending 100s in ther a week never go in ther again appalling customer service

Shame to give this shop 1 star as the guy that runs it is a very nice and polite man. Can't say the same for the older white lady. She is very rude. Stood there having a conversation whilst keeping me waiting and the carrying it on whilst serving

I have never come across such unprofessional rude behaviour. Do not shop here.
I went today to pick up a parcel and got verbally abused by one of the men. I’m still in shock at what happened.

Just bought some sweets for my kids and 2 cans of coke zero, got home and decided to check the date (cause I'm weird like that) and one has the date of feb 2019 on the bottom of the can, the other has no date on the bottom. Both do however say 'Multipack can. Not to be sold separately.' First time using this store and the last.

Very poor service at post office counter half way through being served she walks away and serves other customers at the shop till walked out in the end.
