I was completely confused on which TV was better in terms of specs, price and quality. All thanks to one of the staff members named Abdul he was patient and spent lots of time thoroughly explaining the differences between a range of TV's. It was very clear he knew what he was doing and guiding us without us feeling unintelligent. Were super excited to expect our delivery of our new Samsung OLED 77" TV. Couldnt have done it without Abdul. 10/10 customer service from him :)

There's a really nice guy who works in there called Mark...he saved me so much money and I left the shop 100s of pounds more in my pocket. I muster of saved £500 at least and I bought 3 items. Thank you mark!! Currys should give you an award for being the best member of staff they have ever had!!

Staff is very helpful but they can’t resolve my problem as I purchased online and I brought item for return in store and buy new one . Staff was happy to help to buy new but they told me to return item via online too.

Great range of products. Still advise that online shopping is cheaper but if you need something quick, this is a very good option

This place is just fantastic, the Muslim brother is the brother who offered tea and purchased during his break free KFC meals for me and a friend! It helped us make a decision.

We went back two days later and the next time he purchased us MC Donald's!! Customer service you cannot defeat in any other store throughout the UK.

All depends which staff deals with the customer. The Muslim brother who works there does his upmost best to keep customers happy, I cannot remember the name hence I said the Muslim brother..

Store is spacious and i was able to find what i needed with the help of the advisor, who was very knowledgeable.

I received excellent customer service initially from Hitesh when I was making my enquiries regarding the purchase of an oven and hob. I revisited a week later and was attended to by Bronek whose customer service and knowledge were first class. My delivery and installation took place the following day, and once again I received excellent service from Marius and his assistant. All in all, I am very happy with my purchase and the service received. Thank you so much to all.

I went to currys beckton and served by a lovely young lady answered all my questions but I found was unfair was she has to work with a cold air blowing on her all day I was there for 15 mins and it was to much and she is in this all day come on currys do something about it nice staff but management step up .

The customer service has definitely improved. It used to be very bad but has improved

I've had to return my laptop for a screen repair, great help from Mohamed who has the patience of a saint.
He needed to call the repair center and the process took more than an hour as the company seemed to have trouble with their system. During that time I've received 11 tracking text messages, 10 of which were wrong, giving me access to the details of other people so not the greatest feat..

Nevertheless great help from the in-store staff.

One place for all electronic items cheap price than online retailers

I picked up a monitor today and there was a lovely lady at the entrance helping me with my difficult questions on washing machines and dishwashers. As well as recycling electronics at the store. Managed to help and spend the time to explain everything to me. I had many questions and she was able to answer all of them. Very helpful!!
