Do not use this shop!!!
Returned a parcel using DHL, the man in the shop didn’t give a receipt and said it would get emailed. I thought nothing of it until a few days went by and I hadn’t had any update from the currier, I contacted DHL regarding my concerns and they stated I should have had a paper receipt and to go back to the shop and ask for a receipt.
When I went back to the shop it was a lady that was working who assured me the return confirmation gets emailed, I stated I never received an email and had been in contact with DHL. She continued to tell me that the parcel was sent and picked up by DHL. I said I would give it a couple more days. I called the shop a couple days later and said I still had not heard anything from DHL about receiving my parcel, it was the lady that answered the phone and was very arrogant with me and hung up. I’ve again been in contact with DHL with my concerns as it was not s cheap parcel it was over £100, they said to return to the store and ask again and there is nothing that DHL can do without any confirmation of the return.
I’ve contacted the store again today and expressed my concerns as I have been advised to contact the police to report this case. The man on the phone was extremely rude and asked me if i had contacted the police I said no not yet but I am needing to as I still have no update, and he hung up the phone and wouldn’t answer again.

Upon reading other reviews from other people that have had issues returning/ collecting things from this store, I strongly advise no one to trust this store as parcel drop off/ collection.
Absolutely awful service!!!

Was purchased a drink from this store by a friend to find the drink was almost 2 months out of date.
I returned to the store to do another purchase, hoping the first issue was just a simple mistake.
To find when I went to purchase a lucozade apple that the date on the lid stated end of March 2024, there was two bottles of this with the same date, the date I went in was a few days into April 2024, when I noticed the issue I went to change the drink for another.

Just be warey if you do go into this store that dates are missed or not rotated properly.

Every time I call and ask if they got enything in stock so I don't waste my time going over there thay say sorry what and hang up also I bought a pasty and I opened it and guess what it was moldy

Scammers. Specially the lady, proper scammer and doesn’t know how to speak to customers. Next door premier is 100% better

I went into nishas and they was nit being very nice and when I tried calling them I asked if they was any chocolate the hang up the call

21 year old son went in looking for something. They didn’t have it. As he went out he was asked by the owner to empty his pockets. Obviously, he didn’t have anything. Owner didn’t even apologise for her error.

Do not go to this shop . The owner lady she is so disrespectful to the customers. The shop is not friendly to approach. 😑

I wouldn't recommend this shop to any one, I had a parcel delivered to them and I went in to collect it, they said they never had it, later on I got an email to say thank you for collecting your parcel?? I never collected this parcel and when I went around to ask them were it was they were aggressive with me and told me to leave the shop ?? I had to call the police and report them ... Not nice people at all.. Not a trusted shop and wouldn't recommend.

Probably the most chaotic shop I've ever used.

It's hard to find anything amongst the clutter and the staff seem to always be on the phone, even when they're serving.
