The staff here although few, are always thoughtful, helpful and kind.
There are often reduced food items which in these times, comes in very handy.
It is also a good pick up store for online click and collect orders whilst food shopping.

They have all the good foods on the shelves, bigger than some smaller M & S foodhalls .Easy to park as well.. My favourite shop for food

Welcoming staff and always a great selection here and clear to see the staff keep the shelves full. Queues are managed well too.

Pop in regularly as work nearby. Fantastic value Meal-for-2-for- £12 ...often buy this although they need to widen the choices a bit. Love their Lasagne but most of the food is excellent. Customer for life here!!!

Friendly and helpful staff and excellent management of queuing and social distancing customers during Covid-19 pandemic restrictions. Magnificent quality fruits and veg and well laid out store. Free parking for up to 3 hours on the retail park.

Lovely staff served me today and the people outside managing the que for the shop working hard in horrible weather conditions but still provided great customer service. Please do tell them about this comment, don't let their hard work go unappreciated. Manager do the right thing please!

In the beginning I was put off by the prices. It's hard to make a comparison, but they might be like 20% or so higher than Tesco or Sainsbury's.

However, eventually I became a regular customer, it's 100% worth speding that little extra!!

First of all, tue quality of the products is much better, especially fruits and veggs.

It's covid-19 safe, as there are very good cleaning protocols.

Staff members are all incredebly professional, with a special mention to the main bakery lady, as she knows that I like the German Rye bread and as soon as she sees me, she prepares one for me. How sweet is this :))

Easy access, disabled parking outside but is used alot by people with no badge and not challenged or dealt with. Shop itself is convenient stocks an awful lot for the size.

Wonderful as always staff coping with the covid pandemic and still having the time to keep the shop well stocked and as always there to help and support with happy smiling faces. Thank you M & S one very grateful N H S support worker.

Very pleasant & helpful staff. To those on a tight budget (or if you simply want to save some money without compromising on quality of the food you eat), a word of advice: head there at these times:
- immediately after it opens in the morning (widest selection of reduced items for food expiring within the next 2-3 days)
- lunchtime - noonish (first round of final reductions has been just applied to the food items expiring today)
- 1600-1630 (second round of final reductions)
- 1800 onwards until the store closes at 2000. This is a chance game, playing availability vs price. If you buy something five minutes before the store is ready to close, you can snatch a plate of quality sandwiches for £1.45 (regularly priced over £20) or an £8.00 lunch sushi box for less than a pound). OTOH, you could find nothing worth buying, or it could be taken right before you by another lucky shopper, or it wasn't a great day for this and no items worth your interest were reduced. Oh, well. Grab that Hot Chocolate Fudge Cake (naturally gluten-free and low-ish in carbs, as made with almond flour instead of wheat flour) and head home: hot fudge and chocolate cake are wonderfully effective to help you cope with a wasted half an hour. 😋

I love it.. the meat is beautiful.. and taste beautiful after cook.. like the quality of all the products there.. the honey.. salads.. vegetables.. fruit.. meat.. juices.. all 5 stars in my opinion. Just doesn't have toilet 😝

Always quality food items you can rely in. Sometimes a little more expensive than others stores but worth it! Friendly, helpful staff.

First visit to a store today, was very surprised how organised it was, l felt very comfortable shopping, had lovely choice of goodd and treats. Loved it ;-)).
