I don’t usually leave bad reviews but I was absolutely floored by the disgusting way the owner Treated myself and my mum today . Your assumptions that because we live in the Rhondda Valleys and my mum shops in Hobbs( which seemed to utterly disgust you ) we are some what unworthy to shop at your store and your clothes are out of our price range is absurd. I have visited the store previously and been put off by the owners attitude and snobbery. In fact the Weill dress that caught my eye yesterday I actually tried on for size in July 2021, which leads me to believe that if the owner were to brush up on his people skills and try a pleasant approach he might actually sell some of his last season stock. Never mind I found what I was looking for online at YOOX who stock Weill pieces at a discounted price and minus the bad attitude.

My elderly mother (83) purchased a pair of trousers from E91, at an extortionate amount of money today. When she enquired whether there could be some negotiating on the price, she was met with a very rude response by the owner of the store.

I called into E91 today and was greeted by the owner who is a very rude man. He made me feel very uncomfortable and treated me with little respect. Looks can be very deceiving , I quite easily afford his prices but wouldn't want to spend my money in his boutique. My friends who live in Cowbridge were horrified at the treatment I received and will never shop there again.

Popped in to look for an outfit for an upcoming wedding. The owner was extremely rude, he insinuated that we couldn't afford to shop at his shop. Awful and disrespectful
