Friendly staff and almost always have just what you need. Very useful for collecting orders too!

I don’t know what is the name of the lady who was working at the bakery section at 22.11 afternoon, but she is absolutely great and M&S is lucky to have her ☺

Just wanted to say that the staff is great, especially the lady eho so attentively asked me if I need help with my groceries as I was full handed. Her care really made my day! Not sure what her name is, but she was working on the 27thf of July, at around 7:40pm - brown hair and brown eyes. These little things really do make a difference! Thanks so much!

What a an amazing shop.I love M&S .They are just perfect when is about food , clothes and accessories for home .They are like other amazing brands in London,they are having products for everyone with more and less money.I bought amazing lemonade 🍋 and was only 1£ ,what you want more?!.The lemonade was delicious,very refreshing and very low in sugar.Customers service very nice and helpful.They all working hard over there.I like self service at M&S as it helps staff to do restocking and focus on other work.Well done M&S .I will be back for sure 😊

We went inside to grab a bottle of water but they were all from the fridge and I needed one for my little boy. I asked the lovely lady part of the staff (she was already busy arranging stuff on the shelves) if she can check for me if there are some bottles out of the fridge. She responded so polite and immediately went to check for me. She quickly came back to me with the water. I'm a happy customer and the staff is helpful and lovely. I'm not sure about the name of this lady, I think was something like Mariyan. Will definitely go back and I know if I need something, the staff will always be there for me. Thank you.

Can get very cramped and difficult to move around in during weekends and in the after work rush, but has a great selection of products with the quality you’d expect from M&S

Love M&S. Great place to get food on the way home from work. It's just next to the station, this is a small shop, but has all the usual offers. Good for sandwiches during the summer when visiting around the Cutty Sark!

Bought fresh fruit and some ready-made salads. Everything easy to find. Good offers and very helpful staff. Food always exceptionable especially their yummy biscuits!!

Staff are so friendly and welcoming. Even though it is a small shop it has a good range of various products.

Can't really fault it, good deals at times, usually very busy because of the footfall.
