Had difficulty returning Hermes parcels.
Shop attendant was extremely helpful and ensured my returns were done successfully.

Went into the shop today and asked if they take card payments. He said minimum charge £10 but anything under 30p charge.

I informed him that since 2018 it's illegal and he said he knows.

Openly charging people illegally the worst thing is I never asked for under a fiver ad I needed to spend £20 but walked out with nothing due to his attitude.
