Würth Trade Store Northampton

Very nicely set out store, Excellent products and excellent service from Branch Supervisor, Kelston Riley. My only criticism would be that goods really need to show prices on the shelves, probably would have bought more than I did. Customers like to see prices for what they are buying without having to keep asking "How much is this please", gets very embarrassing and tedious and can cause unnecessary waiting and queuing for the customer when the store staff are already busy with another customer, who then gets agitated because of interruptions with them trying to check out ! A new store, so still finding it's feet, good feelings that it will definitely grow and improve.

Excellent service, I had the whole team helping at one point. Although they were not able to offer something from the shelf in the end, they did everything they could.
