Went there first time today and I got everything I needed. You can tell food it's fresh and range of products it's big. Price fair and lady that was at the till, very friendly and helpful. Will visit frequently. Thank you ❤

The shop owners are quite friendly with good customer service.. it is only that you have bad belle people who are so blind to notice anything good in people because they themselves are not good { in other words it is purely envied}

This is were I get all my Nigerian/African foodstuff, I was so delighted with the variety of food stuff there

Good customer service from store owner, a place you leave with a feeling of returning to purchase more, fully stocked with every African delight...you walk into such environment to buy and not to look for fault or point fingers... would recommend this store to everyone of all races...

Please I need the contact of the store owner, I bought plantain chips with other stuff but forgot plantain chip carton, I tried the contact on the website but it was not connecting. I need a contact so I can get my stuff have paid already

If I could give zero stars I would... extremely bad customer service and the lady is very very very rude. Please stay away for your own good.
It's appalling that similar negative reviews have been given about their attitude in this place yet they've not even changed! Shows they are well aware of what they're doing.

I went in today, no hello or even acknowledgement that I was even in the shop, went to pay asked how much as there are no prices on anything (very overpriced) and she ignored me. Then I saw the price and paid via card, asked if this had gone through she then ignored me and then told me ‘go’

Very very rude probably the worst customer service I’ve had, the whole time she was eating and talking on the phone. Steer clear of this place there’s a lot nicer shops specialising in African foods in the area

Horrible attitude from shop owner and his female assistant.. zero customer service and appreciation. Been a couple of times and there is always a reluctance to show u where stuff is. They would rather chat away and make u feel like they are doing u a favour. Never again

I can confirm that the guy I met at the store, perhaps is the owner of the place has attitude problem. He ignored me while asking him a question and was attending to a lady who came after me. Very rude. Of course I will stop patronising them immediately am aware of any other Nigerian shop selling stuff like theirs

This is the worst shop I have ever been when it comes to customer service! The items are overpriced and they will not give you receipt for goods bought. Payment system doesn’t always work, you will be asked to transfer money to a bank account; who does that?
The shop assistant is very nonchalant and rude! If you’re lucky, the shop might be open when you visit, they open whenever they like.

The only good thing about the shop is that they have more African food stuffs than other shops.

I don't understand how has this shop not gone bankrupt yet. The pricing is just shocking and attitude of shopkeeper totally unprofessional. My husband bought there bottled peanuts last week for £2 a bottle and surprise surprise this week they were selling same one for £4 a bottle. When he asked about it, shopkeeper just said to him "Don't worry about price,it's £4 now" Prices there are changing from day to day very rapidly, probably to make up for lost time when they are closed,as their opening times are unknown really. They are open,when you are lucky.

The lady is very rude and nonchalant, shop is overpriced and no receipt after purchase . You are there to render services, it isn’t forced labor at least make your customers feel welcome .

Shocking attitude from owner or shop keeper! Opening times are not met as stated. Absolutely rude fella who thinks he is doing you a favour selling to you! My family had to boycott this shop! Shame! Shame!!
