Best online shop EVER!! The items are really, bright, original and well made, I had a problem with one of my deliveries going missing - within three days I had a replacement. Customer service is amazing, they get back to you nearly straight away and make you feel like your the most important customer they have. I couldn’t be happier with the customer service in the London store, Janette was fabulous!! I was particularly impressed with the quality and variety of clothes to suit my curvy size 16/18 body shape! I barely shop for clothes in store anymore as the larger sizes can be so unflattering, but NFD has become a new favourite store. 5* all round!!

Returns portal is very easy to navigate to return items if sent for a choice and the best customer service with a very personal feel. 5 Stars all the way.

Great range of products. Something for everyone. I ordered the tattoo shirt in a size 10 and the fit is slim and flattering. I've received lots of compliments. International shipping to Australia was extremely fast and even beats some domestic post (arrived in less than 5 days). Will purchase again.

My absolute favourite clothing brand - designs are all unique, quality of the clothes is worth every penny and the customer service is fantastic. The loyalty scheme is also well worth it too as you quickly build up points to get money off your next purchase. Can’t recommend NFD enough

A fabulous and sustainable fashion brand, I love the company ethos and I love the clothes! Everything is great quality, really well made and lovely fabrics that fit well for all body shapes and sizes. Customer service is also exceptional and it is always a pleasure to shop at NFD.

Lovely clothes but even better customer service. I ordered a dress that was damaged and I emailed them to let them know that I had missed the return date and I also ended up losing one of the emails with the QR code attached and the customer service agents were so patient with me and have been so helpful in helping me return this item. They also offered me lots of different options such as refund exchange or replacement. Super impressed and I would definitely order from them again, thank you NFD!

Wow just love NFD, everything I look at there site I want something. Everything is so lovely and just what I adore. I have waited a few weeks for them to re stick silver trousers and blazers and they did and I’ve ordered. One very very happy excited customer. Excellent customer service. I recently had an issue with a missing parcel that I was notified saying it had been delivered 4 days previous. Note: delivery is a courier service independent of NFD. The courier service had emailed to say the package has successfully been delivered at my address but I had not received it, none of my neighbours had it and the usual drop spot at our house was empty. I contacted NFD 4 days after the delivery date and they were so prompt at replying and quick to investigate the issue, they completely filled me with confidence that the issue would be solved. My package was found (in my back garden where we never get deliveries as it’s gated and locked)!!
I will definitely shop with NFD again. I haven’t even opened my package yet, but I know I will be a returning customer due to the excellent customer service given by Kerri and Alice 🤩😁

I am a repeat customer, because the styles are unique and lovely and cater to a lot of body types.

Ordered a dress but really wasn’t sure of the colour, I hung it up for a while to consider if it would grow on me, sadly it didn’t. So I organised a return & exchange - by the way, this is really easy on the NFD site. I went to find the original packaging & discovered I had mislaid it (nightmare) I emailed the customer service team & Ruby replied within 30 minutes- wow! (this is a Saturday too)
Advising that as long as I returned in appropriate packaging that would be fine. She even sent me the original invoice.
I knew there was a reason I love Never Fully Dressed. FABULOUS customer service. Thank you for making what could have been difficult situation very easy. 💜

Love this dress so much. Amazing fabric, shape, design and the tassel trim is super cool. Bought it after getting the restock notification and arrived really fast. I cannot wait to wear this dress all festive season!

After looking for ages for a dress for my nieces wedding , I came across the Gold Plisse Dress from NFD . As a lady of a certain age with a few lumps and bumps (curvy size 12 but sometimes 14) . I was concerned when I placed an order for the medium which states 10/12. OMG the dress fits perfectly and shimmers in the light .

I hardly ever write reviews and very fussy when buying clothes but I just had to say to those looking … BUY IT 💕 just not for a wedding in March (2024) if invited to somewhere in Essex 😂
