Amazing customer service! The best I've experienced.
Our daughter had a Salamander pump that failed after just 3 months. The manufacturer did nothing to resolve yhe problem and we turned to Gary at Newcastle Plumbing for help as that is where we bought it from.
He was amazing. Approached his supplier and sorted a replacement, more than the manufacturer did. He certainly went above and beyond and we were very grateful.

A fantastic shop for all your plumbing and bathroom needs. The staff are superb especially Keiron who helped us with everything we needed to get the bathroom we wanted. Could not have asked for more. Great shop and staff, been in a couple of times for some bits while ive fitting my bathroom which they had there and then in stock. The best bit for me about this shop is the staff are willing to give some golden advise that you would not find from the staff in the big stores. I would recommend this place to everyone.
