Used this place multiple times to drop off by ups, never any issues. Great service, was offered either paper, email or text receipt. Good independent shop.

Very friendly service, went in to drop of UPS parcel and was genuinely impressed with the store service.

I bought something online recently and it was cheaper and quicker for it to be sent to a UPS access point, as Aftabs was the nearest UPS access point to my house I arranged for my parcel to go to this "store". After receiving a notification that it had been delivered I went to this place to try and collect my item.

Upon entering the shop, a man was sat on his phone behind the counter, I approached him and the conversation went as follows:

Me: Hi, I've come to collect a UPS parcel that's been delivered here.
Shop Worker: *looks up from phone and says in grunts* what name is it?
Me: *gives name*
Shop worker: *grunts* No. *goes back to looking at phone saying nothing else*

At this point, I was very confused as to why this man would logically believe I'd just rolled in off the street, randomly believing my parcel was there of all places in Manchester, so I very calmly and politely said....

Me: The UPS tracking says it here, can I show you?

This individual then glanced up from his phone and switched like nothing I've ever seen. He raised his voice to the most aggressive tone I've potentially ever heard and shouted at me "I. SAID. NOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!"

Whilst I always endeavour to be polite, I have zero qualms in addressing someone in the same way they speak to me, if that's where they want to take it 🤷🏻‍♀.

So I then asked him quite a bit more firmly that, if not there, as per the tracking, where exactly my parcel was?!

Thankfully at this point the weird c*nt seemed to have realised he'd have some aggro to deal with unless he changed his appalling attitude quick. He then seemed to calm his demeanour a bit and advised me to try Abduls down the road as that's generally where the UPS parcels go when he can't be bothered to open 😂😩

Why he couldn't have just said this from the get go instead of resorting to extreme agression when all I did was ask a simple question I have no idea.

After reading other people's reviews of this place it doesn't surprise me one little bit that people have been left scared for their lives after having to deal with this individual, and that he's threatened to destroy other people's packages purely for asking if it had arrived. If you can, I would advise anyone else to avoid getting UPS parcels sent here if they can help it even if the next access point is further away.

With regards to the shop itself, there's only 2 of everything on the shelves making it look like a front for money laundering. To be brutally honest the best thing that could happen to it would be that the police shut it down soon under proceeds of crime so the man who works there can get the anger management therapy he desperately needs 😂😂 until that day comes, given that there's a spar a 30 second walk away, I would avoid this "establishment" 😂like the plague 😩💀🤢

This is a UPS drop-off location, but I refused to make use of it. I wanted to ship a near-1K £ item (iPhone) but the shop assistant of this rather scruffy looking corner shop would not issue a receipt. He said, he didn't have any receipts at the moment. If you have a valuable item to ship, don't bother taking it there.

Went to collect a UPS parcel. Owner was very rude and aggresive, simply because I asked if the UPS van had been yet today. He threatened to destroy my package. Terroble owner and terrible store.

I was trying to send a parcel and he was extremely aggressive and rude. He shouted and sweared multiple times. Never going there again i was scared for my life

Very bad owner he is very aggressive and rude I was talking with him multiple times and he didn’t answer me and I went to collect my order that I have bought from wish and he told me that he doesn’t have it but I think he had it but he just didn’t want to give it to me and he also told me that he is going to get it for free so he cancelled my order and I got a refund from wish but I was waiting so much time for nothing and the rude and aggressive man also scammed wish I think this is not his first time that he does this because I also saw the other reviews and don’t believe the good reviews about this store I think he types them on another google account
