O2 Shop Stockport

Popped into the store to switch from a physical sim to an e-sim.
I was served by Colette who was amazing! She’s very friendly & helpful.

Despite the in-store system not working due to being originally a Virgin Mobile customer and recent migrated over to O2, Colette swiftly picked up the phone to customer services and got my query resolved promptly.

Staff could not have been more helpful. After awful experiences with O2's online service, the shop staff were fantastic, sorting out a new contract for my daughter in no time. Huge thanks to Umar for all his help.

Excellent service on Friday. Served by Collette and Catherine. Both very pleasant and knowledgeable. Collette was very patient with me and all my questions.

Really friendly staff in here and since I've moved to o2 a good few years ago I haven't had any problems or found a cheaper deal. They supported me helping me choose a laptop for when I start university that's really popular which I could pay monthly for with my phone contract.

My wife's phone had got worn out, poor phone, so we went to the O2 shop for a new phone. The shop was busy so we booked a slot in half an hour. Went for a coffee at Rosies. Returned to O2 where a lovely lady helped us choose a new phone. My wife couldn't remember her passwords so the lady worked around that. She sorted out the new phone always with a pleasent smile. I would have been exasperated myself. Very helpful and offered to complete the set up once we had the passwords. (I set it up at home). Very pleased with the service and the price of the new phone that did not break the bank. An excellent shop.

Most helpful and friendly, sorted the problem with my phone, nice to talk with people, rather than online, or over the phone.

Excellent service, very helpful when my phone wouldn't work, they couldn't fix it, but they couldn't do enough to help, sending it away for repair, and helping with another phone and sorting out an unlocking code for my old phone. Big shout out to Paul and all the staff. Thank you .

Paul was so helpful today. I arrived unknowingly 5 minutes before the store shut and Paul still assisted me and made sure that I left with my phone working even though it was after closing hours. Really appreciate the excellent customer service. Thank you.

First time I'd been in this shop although ive been with o2 for many years. I was due an upgrade so after being pestered on the phone by companies claiming to be o2 and promising the world I thought it best to go in and see someone face to face. I was helped by Colette who was extremely helpful and friendly, she found me the best deal and I saved money too which was my intention. I was extremely happy and can definately recommend a visit here for all o2 customers.

I didn't catch the name of who was helping me today but he was extremely helpful and really knew everything about ALL phones, nothing was too much trouble. Normally I would go online but I'm glad I went into the shop today and left feeling happy with the purchase I made. Great customer service will continue to stay with O2 and would recommend going into the shop.

The best O2 shop we have visited in the Greater Manchester area. From the manager Paul, to Inan the assistant. But a special mention must be given to the assistant Paul, who knowledge and patience is superb . Great service.

Called in here to update my sim card. Emily is an asset to this store. She was patient & well informed regarding latest products. I'm not very technically minded so her assistance was greatly appreciated. Wish all store assistants were as customer focused.
