I ordered a bunny sleeping bag for my cousin, it was gift wrapped beautifully and came right on time for his birthday. I then ordered an elephant a few weeks later and it was lush, so soft my baby sister loves it.

Purchased, a purple sleep bag type thing for upcoming new arrival. It arrived very quickly. The actual sleep bag is stunning and cozy! I wish they did it in adult sizes! Fantastic and will be purchasing another one!! Thank you The Little Ones <3 xx

I was a bit worried about the delivery at first but I was reassured by customer services. Very happy with the service. Got replies straight away.

The product came in a nice branded package and smelled great. It’s really soft and i would defo recommend this to other customers!

Couldn’t be more pleased with my baby’s sleeping bag, it’s soooo cute. My wife was so impressed at my purchase, I now shop on the little ones for all 8 of my children. Item arrived much sooner than anticipated even my baby was surpised.

Made order on 27/12/2020, received an email to say it would be delayed due to covid (understandable) but no revised date. Also paid for 48hour delivery, was not reimbursed for this. Received item 14/01/2021, which is 2 and a half weeks later.
Contact via email has been good. Every response has been quick.
Enquired about returning the item as I feel it is not as described (not very warm, thin, can see through the purple crochet so not as per the photos) to be told that I will have to cover the cost of returning the item as per their T&Cs.
Overall not a fantastic experience. Do not recommend and will not be using again.

I ordered a sleeping bag which according to the tracking was never received by the Post Office. Telephone number doesn’t work. Emails take nearly a week to answer. I was promised a refund, Sophie said it would take a couple of days, 8 days later I’m still waiting. AVOID

Appalling aftersales service. I placed an order 14 days ago. The website states delivery within 48 hours, so I believed item would arrive before my grandchild made an appearance. How wrong was I? I have received 1 response from my 1st email 9 days ago telling me my order would be dispatched that weekend! I've since sent 4 more emails, had no response. Received a dispatch email on Wednesday last week, no tracking details, waited another 3 days giving 48hours for delivery again. Sent another email asking for an update and tracking details and yet again no response. I've tried calling 3 times no reply, I will give it until tomorrow before I claim a charge back as I don't believe I will receive it! Absolutely disgusting customer service.

Do not buy from this company they do not answer emails and they do not refund takes weeks to get replies and item a teddy sofa chair for a child come from china

Ordered on 09/12/20. Received one email to say it had been delayed on the 13th. I’ve since emailed numerous times- no response. I’ve tried to contact via social media- no response. Going to need to contact my bank for a refund as have a feeling it will never arrive. My baby is a week old and we’re still without! Disappointing customer service.
