I want to complement staff, who are so helpful, friendly and basically they explain the products and way of treating customers is so good I hope I feel shop is near to me and I can find lot of stuff in the store

Realy good service and good experienced staff and the prices are reasonable mostly fully stocked they are provided evri parcels also the comminaction with coustmers felt really good they treat like naighbour hood with my Experence…

Very clean and a really good selection of ready meal snacks and basic items.

Not bad if you just looking to get a few things while passing by, never had an issue with staff either. But Tescos is barely 3 minutes away and if you planning to go for a proper food shopping you should go there. Also keep in mind that some of its items are expensive and I saw that they still have some bakeries up that expired months ago.

I hope that this review will be read from the owner or the one who manage this place.
I do shopping only because I’m passing by, also because there are good deals on spirits, but the annoying part, in example for the beers, selling San Miguel or Moretti or Heineken 2 of 66cl for 5£ when in Tesco you got 3 bottles instead, or the food choice, you don’t have sandwiches, you just got the hot dog which it was the main reason of my visits, that obviously looks alike something it doesn’t depends on you and when is gone no filling back, the vegetables are ok, pretty good choice, the fridges are ok, then you got a kind of worldwide shelve and looks nice too, selling the same products of other shops this isn’t that interesting.
I just think that there are people who has money and want to invest them to open shops and losing themselves to sell the same expensive stuff of other competitors in a more expensive rate, this it’s the ridiculous part.
You can sell many other brands rather than the classic famous ones who are expensive and you raising more for the same thing which in Tesco Battersea it’s in an average of 1.50/2£ cheaper.
If you want to make business, you need to make the difference, by selling new promotional companies, in example you got Poundland, as veteran customer, I’ve noticed that there are excellent chemicals for months, you can do the same by helping that companies to develop their businesses and you let the people in Battersea have a different choice of products.
The last suggestion, buy two more screens for the cameras and also a barcode security system and you’ll live better.
Unfortunately there is a group of shoplifters people in this area, I feel sorry for all the shops and I can also understand the why, that your staff are so stressed and exhausted, it’s visible.

Good shop but never open until 11pm like the sign says, just went at 9:50pm and its shut

Horrible customer service. This shop is Evri collection. But from 2-5pm no collection or sending) !!!! Really no notes on the door nothing. Totally pointless shop avoid . Mailroom Battersea instead and never problem or comings twice to be able collecting your package.

Manager should be there and check how their staff is lazy!
