O2 Shop Harrow

I purchased a new mobile at the O2 Store in St Ann's Road, Harrow on 21st June 2024. I just wanted to say a big thank you to the really helpful & professional lady who looked after me, called Mehaira. She was friendly, patient and took time to answer all my questions & reassured, that me there was no problem if l needed to return with any queries. Many Thanks Dorothy, Harrow resident.

Please stick with experience staff I changed my store from O2 watford which I been their since 2018 because new generation managed watford branch watford absolutely below the I hope watfors staff try to have some courses at Harrow branch with Kay she is amazing and because of her I didn't terminate my contract I add another contract Carr on Kay you are added value to O2

Very organized, went in to get the best deal, changed and tweaked so many times but kwok did it patiently for us. And at the end of the day we got the best deal and best phone.

Plus most of our friends recomend 02's coverage and you get double your data if you have virgin broadband.

I visited this store as I was sold over a year ago an utterly rubbish device (Sony XA1) that is now sort of falling into pieces. Not their fault, I renewed my contract over the phone. But I came across Matthew in the Harrow store who was excellent. His knowledge is top quality and he is very professional as well as being friendly. I will definitely recommend him for your needs.

O2 have a few options in the area I now live in
all of whom I have had telephone advice from which is pleasantly congruent to the service in the shop for ease of not having to travel as I am at present disabled.
O2 also run workshops that can be accessed should you wish to brush up on the fast pace of the complexity of the rapid growth in mobile phone usage, from the beginner to the more discerning.

I have been to Harrow Store for a upgrate. There was a very sweet lady Natalia, she was very knowledgeable and professional, she offered my a very good deal and make me to bring all my family from EE. Denise the manager was brilliant, thanks guys. I WILL definitively comeagain.

Great place. Got an amazing deal on a sim-only plan. Hats off to Muneeb and Shraddha who provided a 10/10 customer service.

Rehan the 02 Guru went above and beyond the normal customer service, although not an 02 customer he helped with transferring data from one phone to another and stayed past his normal finishing time to explain every step he was doing. Would recommend this shop and Rehan for any Technical difficulties you experience with your phone, even if you are not an 02 customer.

Was picking up a tablet upgraded ordered online. The lady helping me spent the time with me i needed to make sure everything was ok.
