Its an ordanary corner shop mate

There was a very rude man serving today in the shop.
He served me and didnt give a receipt and when I asked for one, he said you didn't ask for one earlierin a nasty tone. and resentfully gave one to me..as he was complaining about someone else.
And as I went out he started complaining about me .
Its a shame as the post office staff are brilliant.

It used to be a lovely local shop,where I used to love to get everything I needed being closer to my house.But I dont know what is going on lately there,as they've got that very tall man which is very rude,literally scanned all my products even if he asked me if I need a bag and then he threw on top of my PAID products a bag,in disgust,then he was trying to rush me as I was taking my products to put them in a bag,to make me pay quicker to fvuk off.NO,I DIDNT RUSHED AS YOUR DONT HAVE A LONG TILL LIKE ALDI,ASDA ETC SO YOU COULD PACK YOUR ITEMS ON THE SIDE,WHILE OTHER CUSTOMER IS BEING SERVED.Then,the older guy,probably the manager became rude to people too,he literally CHASES THE WRONG ONES,NOT ALL OF US,WHICH STEP IN ONE STOP FOR SO LONG,ARE THIEVES,THEN WHEN HE SEES THAT ALL PRODUCTS ARE ON THE TILL JUST LEAVES,AFTER MAKING YOU FEEL WEIRD FOR GOING INTO THAT SHOP.WAKE TFUP,GUYS,EXCEPT FOR THE ONLY BRITISH LADY FROM THERE AND SOME YOUNG INDIAN LADY,REST DONT HAVE ANY IDEA OF HOW RETAIL WORKS AND HOW TO KEEP YOUR LOYAL CUSTOMERS LOYAL,DONT DESTROY THIS SHOP COMPLETLY,I WORK IN RETAIL AND I DO UNDERSTAND THERE ARE A LOT OF THIEVES,BUT IM A WOMAN AND IM COMING INTO YOUR SHOP FOR MORE THAN 2 YEARS,DONT MAKE ME REGRET EVERY PENNY I'VE SPENT THERE!ONE STOP,AS A COMPANY,I HOPE YOU'LL TAKE ATTITUDE AND DONT LET THESE GUYS THINKING THAT THEY CAME WITH THE SHOP FROM HOME,IN THEIR POCKETS!WAKE UP!

Avoid using Post Office in this shop.
2 weeks ago I left there a parcel just before closing so it should be collected on the next day.
However it has been scanned in their shop at 2:45AM and obviously it wasn't a postman.Parcel is missing since that they refusing to check cctv keeps telling me it has left their shop but obviously haven't.
Someone who works there and has access
24/7 is stealing parcels.
I've reported them to Police and further investigation will be taken.
