Appalling guy working in here. Evri parcel printer never works so don't waste your time if sending anything. I went to collect a parcel recently which had arrived at the store and he refused to give it to me. Told me to come back in 2 hours for no reason at all. An extremely unpleasant individual who doesn't care a bit about his customers.

I'd advise anyone to avoid this shop at all costs.

Do not use for evri parcels, the owner is very aggressive once you try to drop off a parcel. He has loads of reason to refuse your parcel, it's either too big, too heavy, its too late, he has too many parcels already.....a complete joke how they are advertised as a drop off point, they should give it to a business that wants the trade

Went in to buy a Thunderball lottery ticket, i handed over the money and then asked the guy to check another ticket that i had bought in the shop the previous night which i knew was a winner only to be told that the machine wasn't paying out. No explanation given, poor show from the staff member who, if he smiled, his face would've cracked.

No issue with place as cheap quick convince store.
1 star is for them trying to keep Hermes/Every drop of point.
Print less service is absent so don't believe evry recommendations on website.
Actual situation is shop assistant/owner can't be bothered to fix printer so he will just refuse to deliver the service and blindly argue beside the point.

The owner told me he won't accepte my parcel when I was scanning my QR code I asked if machine is broken and I wish he would said that But he said we accept Evri parcels until 8.00 pm Why - because it's until 8.00
I told that in store im working we can send parcels until we are close I know how Evri PD works and I know driver won't pic it up today but you definitely can still scan it
But in OUR STORE it is until 8.00 he said
And for me it is fine I have legs customers can go somewhere else no problem. However how someone like that can work in retail if you just can't be bothered with small things. I left the store walk a little and check the time was 8.03pm That is how lazy he was Hi could even lie and say PD runs out of battery but he chose to be douchbag

I don’t know why they advertise as an Evri drop off centre. First, they won’t get the printer fixed. Next, even if you print the label they won’t take ‘big’ parcels. They should come off the Evri drop off registration complete waste of time.

If you have anything larger than a small parcel you will be better off going to the little shop at Stenhouse cross. They wouldn't accept my daughters faulty keyboard at the hermes drop point saying the guy who collects the only collects small stuff.

A horrible shopkeeper called Asif.Very aggressive and totally disrespectful for no reason.The others are ok.

Rude and arrogant!! Always a problem when trying to use the Hermes drop off service.
