An excellent store with great service even though I didn't actually buy anything.

Nice clean store. Everything kept neat and tidy. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good range of products, easy access and quite a large store. Would recommend for others to visit.

The location of this Next branch is wonderful, it is only 10 minutes walk from Burnley's main bus station and only 2 minutes away from a rank of bus stops for those who wish to disembark their bus at a more convenient location. As you enter the store you realise you are entering a land of beautiful people and beautiful things; it really felt like I had been touched by an angel or fairy that possessed the magic to enchant, and it really allowed me to appreciate the aesthetics of this store. The lighting in store was pleasant; not overly bright nor detrimentally dim and the easy listening music that was the soundtrack to my visit made me hum subconsciously to it's subversive, but welcome tones. I visited the store to see if I could spy a nice waistcoat / trouser combination and found several to whet my appetite for fine apparel and was also surprised to see that they would not compromise the budget I had set for myself. I will be back.

The store assistant was really helpful, giving advice when asked but she wasn't pushy. I did not feel obliged to buy but I really appreciated the help.

Nice friendly staff plus doesn't shut till six so can pick my order up after work
