Tried to drop a Yodel Parcel and buy some snacks whilst there, but told im not able to drop at the weekend and need to come back Monday (Despite Yodel advising they are open for drop offs). So went else where to drop parcel and buy snacks...

Have previously been in on a week day to drop a parcel and found the staff mega rude, gave them the benefit of the doubt thinking they might of had a bad day but today shows (along with other reviews) that its not just a one off!

I can second what Sam said. Rude miserable man in the shop. I left and went along to another shop that didn’t make it seem such an inconvenience to drop off parcels.

Tried to drop a very small Yodel parcel on Sunday but was told parcels can only be sent Mon-Fri. Went down the road and dropped it at another shop, no problem. Very disappointing service.
