She's incredibly knowledgeable about the store's products, especially the books, and her friendly demeanor made the conversation enjoyable. I've always loved The Works and the new store in Chester is so big and has loads to look at. I really like that books are now in categories and the craft section is larger. I really hope this refurbishment is something the company do with all the stores. I think it's a very good thing and I feel like a lot of customers will now find more to purchase on their visits.

A fantastic collection of books. It's not a proper book store in the sense that you have all the latest and greatest books, but you'll be very surprised at what you find.

I bought the book "Shoe Dog" which is a memoir by the founder of Nike. IT WAS ONLY £3. What a remarkable price.

Additionally, you do have other good books and even box collections such as the A Song of Ice And Fire, The Chronicles of Narnia and so on.

Staff are really helpful and help you to find what you are looking for if you can't find it. Excellent value goods in a well stocked shop. Always come out with more than I went in for.
