Not very good bought fridge freezer gave them the measurements of the wood surround where it was to fit but when delivered it did not fit it took eight weeks for them to send a carpenter to get it to fit and it cost me an extra thirty pounds on top of the sixty five pounds I had paid to fit it I won't be going back there in a hurry

Visited the St Clears store yesterday to purchase a fridge freezer. The one I’d seen online wasn’t on display in store but the assistant enabled me to purchase it after finding it on his computer. I was informed it was free delivery to outside of my property but would have to pay a charge for it to be brought inside, unpacked and installed as it’s a large box. Also it would be a two man job for it to be brought inside. Fast forward to today and the delivery arrives. One man, who I have no complaints about, a sack truck and a fridge freezer with a quilted cover on it. I asked the man why there was no packaging, to be informed that the item was an ex display, which at no time was I informed that I was purchasing an ex display item. The order note had something scribbled out on it and ex display put in its place. The delivery man stated that I should have been informed by phone call that it was an ex display model. I immediately phoned the St Clears branch and asked the assistant who took my order yesterday why my delivery was ex display with no packaging and why I hadn’t been informed, furthermore why was I being charged a delivery rate for unpacking an item that had no packaging. I was offered no apologies, was offered my delivery charge back. I believed I was purchasing a brand new packaged item which this obviously wasn’t. He tried to tell me the ex display model had only been on display since last Friday in the Haverfordwest store and was already discounted because it was ex display. None of this he knew when he took my order and money. There’s nothing like making it up as you go along. I sent the item back and went in store for a refund. Once again, no apologies, very poor customer service and a pack of lies from the assistant in St Clears. This is the gratitude you get when you try and support a local business but the assistant in St Clears doesn’t value local customers.
