Asda Ware Superstore

Went in today to do my normal shopping, and had a few parcels to collect. Waited 20mins and the lady came out and said they were having problems finding some of the items. 45mins later they had found all my parcels after a bit of a nightmare. This was made so much better by a lovely lady called Christine who gave a me a little present for being so patient and understanding with her. She was lovely!!

I was in Asda yesterday. 26/7/23. Donna, security guard, was extremely helpful to me.
No one else was around as I was ready to leave, so Donna helped, without question. She is very pleasant and professional and went out of her way to help me. People like Donna, genuine and kind, are the reason customers return to any store. Thanks, Donna. You helped me, you resolved my problem, and it was a pleasure dealing with you. You are a credit to the company.

Typical Asda Store. Big free car park on the ground floor. Very nice and helpful staff. Big choice of products with very reasonable prices. Plenty of products for kitchen, bathroom or bedroom including duvet sets, pillows and other similar products. For example I bought during last 1.5 L air fryer for the price of 26 Pounds. Store is located very close to the centre if Ware Town. Definitely recommend!

My trip to Asda Ware today was a pleasure. The member of staff at the customer services was so kind, helpful and patient. At the till the cashier was happy and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you.

Outstanding service from the lovely ladies on the till, self service supervisor and Line Manager. Above and beyond to correct a mistake made in the cafe. Thank you, you made our day when we needed it most. My Daughter had the house fire and she was needing that coffee ☕🥰

No changing rooms in the clothes department but the store is medium sized, modern and well stocked. Lots of parking available on two levels. There are lifts, a travelator and level access from the ground floor level. Staff are polite and helpful. Good for a quick run in for a sandwich and newspaper or a family shop.

This store is very convienent for my weekly shop. Very friendly staff in all departments. Girls & boys on tills always friendly with a smile & a chat. Always clean & tidy.

It's a great asda , parking is better here and the workers are great, despite all the negative comments from other reviews, when I have asked staff where something is etc they always help !
