Wish I could give it a six. Lady served us. She was brilliant with our daughter who has special needs. Her suggestions for the right size was spot on. Came away very happy. Glad their are some people out there that can accommodate such special people. We often can't go shopping because of our daughter so it made it less challenging. And thank you for accomodating our dog.

My wife was looking for a long warm that we had seen on their website went to their shop in Conwy to check colour and fit happy with fit but did not have colour. Mentioned that the coat was on the website with a 10 percent discount she offered 15 percent if we bought off her so we did and the coat arrived promptly and she was well pleased with 😀
