This small shop in the town center hold a great deal of communication knowledge and expertise. My Google Assistant brought me here, and I am sooo grateful!
Disabled access to the shop is not the easiest, as the narrow doorway opens directly onto the pedestrian area. Doubtless covered by planning restrictions. However Jack was quick off the mark to offer help if needed, and was happy to welcome me and close the door behind my wheelchair.
I explained to Jack my needs, and what I was considering, he was happy to price all that for me. He then asked me a few questions about my long standing EE account, and suggested a better and more convenient solution as a comparison. Experience is a valuable commodity, and paid off here because the suggested option was in fact far better than my proposal.

This EE store is great! The manager and his associate were excellent. They weren’t trying to push something on us we didn’t want, but listened and came up with the best options for both our needs. My husband and I are both very happy with our phones and contracts. I would definitely recommend this branch!

Dave the store manager was excellent and professional. Helped me choose what was right for my needs. Wasn't as easy as it looked transferring all my stuff from an old BlackBerry to my new Samsung. However Dave managed it and even delivered to my place of work ! Thank you

Called in for a new screen cover, very quickly dealt with my request and were also happy and kind enough to fit for me, doing an excellent job, think the chap was called Adam, apologises if not, but excellent, friendly service, thank you

Very good service. Think it was Marcus ? Who sorted out a new phone for my wife. Showed us an alternative that we had not considered & transferred all contacts & photos etc. Will use again !
