Wickes Edmonton

Been in the Edmonton one a couple of times and have always found what I was looking for, staff are friendly and helpful. I went in for a wood stain because the one I used from a different shop was horrible. Should have gone to wickes in the first place because the dark oak exterior wood stain was exactly what I wanted. Very happy and will definitely get all home decorating things here.

Nice and friendly staff. Went kitchen hunting for one of our rental properties. Saw a few samples and discussed pre-reqs for the online appointment which is only what is permitted for a kitchen design session due to Covid-19.

Had the unfortunate experience of witnessing a customer who was having a heated argument with a staff at the till. The other staff tried to calm things down as the customer was speaking very loudly and expressing some frustration. All in all, I enjoyed my visit and look forward to returning in the future.

Recently used this store; everything that I bought, from: Railway sleepers/Trellis to a Watering can; was not only really good quality, but much better value after having a look at the same products at similar stores..!!
More importantly, and the reason I’ll use them again was:
The staff were genuinely fantastic; ESPECIALLY Omar - What a great ambassador he was for the company and more importantly himself..!!

Got to Wickes around 10mins before closing on a Sunday and despite this the staff were polite and helpful. I found what I needed and was in and out in a few minutes. Would definitely go to this branch (Edmonton, London) again.

My first port of call for most DIY projects, plenty of parking spaces. Competitive prices. Why do I always get stuck in the queue with someone returning a shed load of products and missing their receipt?. Friendly check out staff. Irritating when prices are not displayed but that seems to be common problem with other stores.

I had to return some items from an online order and get a couple of extra bits for my latest project.
Staff very helpful, knowledgeable and tolerant.
I do like this branch, it is quite sizable and has great selection.
I will be back for some more goodies soon.

I am always using this Wickes rather than the one nearest me as I have found all the staff here to be really helpful.
However, I was today taken aback totally, i have had a personal issue and Elisha noticed this and gave me a hug!
That's what I call humanity and EXCELLENT customer service and care. Customer Care is not always about getting help within the store but people/staff showing care in other ways as well. Thank you Elisha, my day was a lot better for what you did, God Bless.

At Trade counter black female cashier/customer service was very lazy and rude, black guy on floor was very helpful 2 star for him and 3 star for Asian/Indian lady at return checkout.
If it was not black guy and Indian cashier I'll give 1 star for black girl at trade counter. Wickes management needs to have word with half sleeping staff

We had an extremely good experience with Jadeen, our kitchen and bathroom designer. She was very knowledgeable, patient and kind.

Came here today to exchange a faulty drill. The staff were absolutely amazing and helpful. Exchanged it immediately. The manager Rahman was helpful and pleasant. Well done wickes for employing such people. Definitely go again.

Doreen was extremely helpful and provided amazing customer service.
She went above and beyond to help us with our needs. Staff like Doreen and Ben makes you want to return to the store again and again.

From the welcoming and very friendly security guy who helped me get a trolley, to well stocked shelves and knowledgeable staff, made the visit very profitable. Overall impressed.

I found what I needed and more ! It has a great selection of pretty much anything you can think of / need. I personally prefer it to the likes of B&Q, Homebase as I do believe prices are lower but quality is always there.

Even though they didn't have one of the items I needed in stock, the lady at the till was really nice, really helpful and one of the most jovial person I've even meet in retail.

Excellent choice for DIY supplies. Cheaper than the larger stores, with as good a choice of high quality products.
