DFS Sidcup

It is a great place to choose a sofa. They always have some kind of sales. I noticed that most items require several weeks for delivery. Joseph was very kind to us and provided significant assistance in selecting and placing the order. They also have used items, clearance sales, and a few items that can be delivered quickly.

Very impressed with DFS furniture store Sidcup.( Tuesday 4/4/23 afternoon). We (my wife and I) will certainly return with the intent to view and eventually purchase in the near future. DFS Sidcup is a very clean, hygenic, spacious, modern, airy, well lit store embracing a relaxed atmosphere as you enter and browse around its very organised layout of furniture - displayed before you across a large ground floor space. The entrance...a large glass door and suitable disabled entrance, and also has a convenience inside for the disabled. The flooring is safely smooth with wide walkway avenues to view the furniture. Here, an excellent range and choice of indoor furniture of many various ranges and chic modern styles stand before you. You may also find a well marked - tagged bargain here showing a price reduction, an observation we noticed during our visit. The furniture caters mostly for living room/ lounge accommodation with ample choice of many different makes and colour ranges to suit pairing with additionally luxurious materials to choose from. But very significantly, the staff very polite and helpful. A very special mention to Helen who was so friendly, polite, professional, and caring with an aim to please with your needs. Helen was very knowledgeable in helping 👏 us with our selection to choose and answered any questions put to her...well done and thanks SO very much Helen, you are a true representative and major member of staff to DFS. The company should be very proud of you of any sales made on your behalf given with your expertise and warm charming friendly guidance and personality! Access to the site via A20 slip road for Ruxley Foots Cray turn off. A safe large tidy car park (with disabled parking spaces conveniently close to the store entrance) awaits you on your visit. No queue, straight in. Felt like a warming atmosphere. Was asked if we needed any help. Was directed to a selection of sofa beds. Excellent customer service throughout! Was offered a hot drink. Highly recommend!

Always very helpful in DFS,it will be our 3rd settee we have bought from them over the years. So i guess we love the company .

Good collection of the sofas, however they were short on staff to look after customers.

After being to many furniture stores this was the best there was no staff hovering around you, + when I did talk to them very nice very informative needless to say i made my purchase.

Great place to look for furniture. We were seen and assisted by a lovely lady called Helen, she helped us with measurements, which sofa would fit through the door and down our hallway. If it wasn't for all her support and knowledge we wouldn't of ordered our sofa. Thank you

Lovely assistant, Sana . She gave me a lot of information on the suite I was looking at. Designs are quite contemporary and furniture set out nicely.

Went to DFS today to look at sofas. Shortly after entering my husband and I was greeted by Joseph. He was very friendly, helpful and took the time to find out what kind of sofa style, colour etc we would be interesred in. He showed us the sofas we were interested in seeing, he made us feel very comfortable and welcomed. We was left to browse undisturbed.

Overall it was a very pleasant experience.

We were in store few days ago to look for a sofa bed, as we previously had a really bad experince with another store. William was so helpful and after explaining him our issue with the current sofa and what we are looking for, he kindly offered us different options and answered all our questions and doubts. He was so patient and offered us so much advice that wr decided to place the order rather than wait. Thank you for your help Will

Visited DFS in Sidcup with my Girlfriend looking for a sofa for our first flat. Aaron approached to help us out we found a sofa we really liked. Unfortunately the original sofa we liked only came in 1 piece and would be too big to fit into the flat. Aaron assisted us by helping show us the different sofas that came in more then 1 piece and gave us some information in regards to what size sofas would be able to fit into most flats.

Eventually we found a sofa that we loved. We would like to thank Aaron for the service that he provided and helping us find a sofa that we love.

Bought my first sofa here and have always gone back since, great customer service. Just bought our brand new new set and can't wait to get it delivered, they were very honest about the long lead time which is always appreciated, I dont mind waiting as long as I'm told it might be a possibility.
