Iceland Supermarket Ossett

Staff are all friendly and polite. One of the guys who works is always chatty always talks to customers and asks how their day has. Even Top customer service there. Cant be Certain but think his name is Alistair usually works on a weekend I think. Great guy..

Similar to most iceland stores, however i did notice a freezer with stuff in I've not seen in our Thornbury branch, foreign foods) hmm might have to look closer on my next visit.

My wife buys most of her frozen foods from Iceland. In particular the frozen fish. The seabass is really nice and good size portions at a very reasonable price and if you buy 3 packs its even cheaper.

Iceland seem to be one of a few that hasn't hiked it's prices during the covid pandemic. Always had produced in-stock. Never had any issues with them.

I dont go very often but amable to park quite near and they will deliver if you spend over25 pounds which is easy tl do!! The quality of the food is very good and staff lovely.

The till staff at Ossett Iceland very unhelpful we work wearing the bonus card which says some items £2 with the bonus card without the bonus card £2.50 we had the bonus card but still got charged £2.50 there is something wrong there

Free parking in ossert today. Hats off to Wakefield council for this. The Iceland is quite big and spacious and lots of ice creams in this weather.

Thay have most things you need. 👍🧺

I like their policy on using less plastic and shying away from palm oil etc. A little small yet has most things needed. Staff are friendly.

Good shop for all your frozen foods and 10% for over 60s on Wednesdays.

Iceland ossett friendly staff good selection of foods . Some good bargains to be had if you look around they dont advertise everything. Sometimes they could use more checkout staff. On the whole a good experience
