Thank you to the young lad who helped me in my crisis of needing a spare laptop charger for work after my office shut with no warning.
The charger we got sold worked and I'm so grateful (sorry for coming in 15 mins before close)

I went in with the intention of buying a wifi dongle, but the assistant showed me how to use my phone as a hotspot so I didn't actually need to buy anything! I was impressed, as she could have sold me something but didn't. Also offered useful info about swapping a gas cooker for an electric one. Sorry I didn't catch a name.

Good service but unfortunately they didn't have the item I wanted. Assistant was exceptionally obliging and did his utmost to meet my needs.

Currys offer great deals and price matches. Why go elsewhere.

Came this afternoon to look for television and was served by David.He was super and went through everything we wanted .Obviously we purchased the TV, let me say that David served us wonderfully and is a credit to your company keep up the good work and thankyou

Brought a Ethernet cable to use for my computer. Unfortunately it wasn't long enough for my needs. I went back another day to return it, having walked in I realised id forgot my receipt. A lovely colleague helped me called Kevin. The situation seemed very difficult but he persisted in getting me my money back.

Excellent store representative and a perfect example of how things should be done. Deserves a raise!

Went to this store to purchase a tv around 4pm last Saturday, the sales staff was just standing around chatting an on their phones (looks very unprofessional from a customers point of view) Except one man called Kieran came over an asked if i need an assistance. Me an my girlfriend had done our research an had a tv in mind unfortunately she was at work so i was on my own. Kieran was very polite, helpful, knowledgeable an wasn't pushy at selling just good advice an nothing was two much trouble. Even called on another colleague to help him put the tv in the car. Thank you Kieran for your help your a credit to currys, me an my girlfriend is happy with our new tv.

Great always helpful staff. I always get my new upgrades there.They transfer all of your apps,texts etc... to your new phone & clear your old phone of everything . Totally recommend this place they go above & beyond to help you & nothing is too much trouble no matter what you're there to purchase. Curry's & Carphone warehouse is this place. Over the last 4 years, I've been sad, depressed, and ashamed, all due to the fact that I had a bad, slow and broken phone which I simply couldn't afford to fix. Times were rough and tough, until I eavesdropped on a conversation in work, something about a knight, a living legend in Curry's, a hero named Keith, who sorted out a banging deal on an iPhone for my colleague. After asking for further information, I was soon on my way to Curry's, Caerphilly in hopes of finding that Keith, and bringing home a brand new smart phone. Upon arrival, I've been greeted by the one and only Keith, who soon enough brought me on the path of enlightenment, happiness, and reason to live. Keith has taken me through a journey of mobile phones, and sold to me the concept of the latest phone on the market, the S22 Ultra. Using a magical wand, he swiped through the phone, showing me all of its features and aspects, all whilst explaining everything in minimal detail, to not overload my mind. The journey ended with me purchasing a brand new contract, for a brand new phone. That day marks the day that my depression cured, and the day my friends and family became jealous that I have an amazing, new phone. Thanks, Keith.

Very Happy with Curry's . I took a Radio in with the CD not playing .I've had the set for 10 months so still in guarantee .no problem with the lady assistant. Checked it out .not working OK .look for a replacement . One on show .Nice. I'll have that one thank you . Again no problem . Within 1/2 hr in & out . New Radio CD PLAYER .. Great, helpful and friendly staff

Bad experiences here, bought Fit bit as a Christmas gift, but apparently if anything goes wrong you have to contact fitbit!. Yet I'm Currys customer didn’t buy from Fit bit?? Not good customer service here, product under 6 months old.. they should deal with anything that's "not fit for purpose".
Also watch additional warranty I had problem with TV and they wouldn't fix on new bought warranty until I had bought it for three months, not stated in T&C, and so only got repaired due to this error. Not a good company to deal when anything goes wrong. Waste of time and energy will not use Currys again.

Can't complain about the service. Always someone around when you need it. Bought a new Fridge Freezer on the black Friday deals. Happy with the price of the Samsung Fridge Freezer that had also come with a 5 year parts and labour warranty.

My husband and I visited Currys Caerphilly today to get some advice on which laptop to purchase for our needs.
We would like management to be aware that we were met with such a lovely young man "Morgan". Morgan was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble for him.
Needless to say he helped us to purchase the right laptop and things that we needed.
His professionalism and excellent customer service should be recognised.
