Co-op Food - Okehampton

I can't praise the staff here enough they are SO helpful & friendly but professional too. They always help me when I've needed it the most, almost like they know in advance!!
When I first moved here & broke my ankle,they were such a help.
The manager should be proud of them.

A well-stocked store, with a good range of products and a Costa Express machine for hot drinks.

I've been here a few times and it's normally fairly quiet and I've never had to wait to pay. Likely because of the fact they have a number of self-service checkouts which help to make paying quick and efficient.

The aisles are wide which really helps to make the store feel spacious. However, prices are fairly high (Waitrose level), although this is true of all co-op stores.

Overall, a good store and I'd recommend.

It's much better since the shop got its long over due refit. Stuff is easier to see.
Love their fresh baked baggetts, best first thing in the morning when the bread is still warm, smells great in the car on your way home. The tiger Bayton is even tastier if they have it.
Also discovered a range of packs of 4 sponge tarts. My favourites are the 'strawberry & Vanilla' and the 'toffee' ones. Just on the right hand side of the back store doors near the support pier.

Great customer service. It's actually my local co-op and so I do the majority of my shopping here. There are just some features that Waitrose has over co-op, the one that I like is the drycleaning service mainly as I'll occasionally spill stuff on my sofa. If co-op had a drycleaning service then I probably wouldn't ever shop at Waitrose again.

Great shop with good range of goods. And a community focus as well.

Very nice store with AC, labels on where items are, friendly staff and automatic checkout. No confusion at all.

Great prices, brilliant staff, always someone around if u need something u cannot find, the boss is very kind, now my regular shop as used to be lidls but Co op has such good variety and cheaper prices now and quality is great

Medium size shop. Very clean. Easy to find what you need. Also has a Costa machine. Good selection of everything.

New makeover is great. Well stocked quality products. Not the cheapest but the offers are always value. Good parking

Brilliant staff and better managed car park compared to Waitrose next door where I spent nearly 200 quid on groceries and paid for parking yet still got fined 50 pounds for being 30 mins over on a Sunday whilst shopping!!!!

I've never been into a large Coop store. This place was clean and well stocked. Very nice.

It's the Co-op. Its very clean, plenty of stock and very polite and helpful staff. East parking and good entrance area. Easy visit.

Firstly the staff have time for you, while folk were queuing at the big glitzy supermarket with empty shelves the coop plodded on with full shelves no shortages, no queueing but orderly access. Thank you coop I will be back

Recent renovation turned this once cramped shop into a really spacious airy and comfortable space. And perfect for social distancing
