I've been using theses guys for years, Their customer support is impeccable. They truly go out of their way to help you even if it's a product that you've bought years and years before. They'll do whatever it takes to help you sort your issue Truly. Impeccable.

I rarely leave reviews, unless they are really good, or very bad. Really good will only get 4 stars, as i reserve 5 for the best. This company definitely deserves the full 5 from me.
Apart from selling quality products, their customer service and after sale care, is the best i have ever experienced. You really do not need to worry about spending your money here. They clearly take pride in what they sell, and will make sure that you receive what you pay for, in full working order. I had some issues that where no fault of theirs, and they fixed them all straight away, with no hassle to myself.

INCRA makes an incredibly accurate and reliable system, not to mention it looks amazing. It has helped us upscale our business to a level we couldn't have imagined, especially since we cannot afford or have the room for a CNC machine. Customer service by wood workers workshop is second to none, we will go out of our way to buy consumables such as wood glue and screws from them (as opposed to shopping on amazon) simply because we know they are reliable and have always been willing to offer us their time and experience, which is invaluable for the novice wood worker with a growing business.

These good people are the gold standard in customer service.

My orders are always despatched incredibly quickly and well packaged. On the rare occasion where something is damaged in transit (not their fault), they have had a replacement out to me within 24 hours. On another occasion, I had a number of issues with a very expensive, but ultimately faulty woodpeckers product which is a nightmare for them to source at the moment. They worked hard to replace parts but due to stock issues weren't able to. In the end they've agreed to a full refund even after telling me to use it for a while.

I just wish they sold everything. I wouldn't have to shop anywhere else.

Got my order quickly. It arrived with cosmetic damage (from the factory, not this retailer) and they resolved the issue quickly and without fuss. Were great on the phone too - happy with the service.

Excellent customer service. I ordered an iGaging caliper from WWW and it arrived within a day or so. Unfortunately the rubber seal on the lid of the battery compartment had been trapped and distorted so it wouldn't seat properly. I emailed Jim and a whole replacement caliper was on my doorstep within 24 hours. You can't ask better than that.
